About Russell Ridge Animal Hospital GVA opened its doors in 2003 with Russell Ridge Animal Hospital, realizing Dr. Brad Miller and Dr. Michael Wanchick's dream to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animal patients. In 2005 the doctors opened Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital in Buford, and then in 2007, Apalachee Ridge Animal Hospital was opened in Dacula. Lastly, Camden Village Animal Hospital was opened in 2013 to serve the Johns Creek/Duluth/Alpharetta areas.

RecommendedI can't say enough amazing things about Russell Ridge!! I thought that I was going to loose my little guy, but the doctors here were so amazing! They gave him back to me healthy and happy!!! Dr. Miller did his surgery, but several people were involved in his diagnosis and recovery and I can't thank them enough! Everyone was so nice to me when I was a total wreck and were so great at updating me every day about what was going on. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Buzz!!!

Our sweet 8 week old Chihuahua was diagnosed with the parvo virus. Dr. Hines, Dr. Miller and all the staff were Amazing! They took excellent care of our sweet girl and took the time to explain everything that was going on to us as well. We will definitely be bringing all of our animals here for all of their check ups and needs.
Very professional. I was very pleased with the emergency treatment for my Dachshund who swallowed a chicken bone she found on the ground. She underwent emergency surgery to remove the bone. The surgery went very well and she is recovering nicely.
I loved this facility. The dr is very personable as well as the techs and front desk. They provide freshreshments for us whole we wait to be seen, and have a nice potty area for you to take your dog if they need to go. I am also impressed that they have a grooming salon and they always give the full details of the financial side before, giving you all your options to do what you can afford for your pet. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends!
