About Russell Ridge Animal Hospital GVA opened its doors in 2003 with Russell Ridge Animal Hospital, realizing Dr. Brad Miller and Dr. Michael Wanchick's dream to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animal patients. In 2005 the doctors opened Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital in Buford, and then in 2007, Apalachee Ridge Animal Hospital was opened in Dacula. Lastly, Camden Village Animal Hospital was opened in 2013 to serve the Johns Creek/Duluth/Alpharetta areas.

RecommendedIncredibly caring veterinary doctors. We have taken our dog here for a while. We recently took our cat as well when he seemed sick. We had an emergency yesterday with our cat, as he suffered from saddle thrombus, or Feline Aortic Thromboembolism, which left his two back feet useless and our boy in pain. We absolutely love Russell Ridge. Every time we are in need, or just for check-ups, they are amazingly helpful. Dhoni just loves going there. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I am a first/forever customer with sweet and precious fur babies. I love going to Russell Ridge because everyone there is so personable and caring. I have always received a phone call to remind me of my appointments/follow-ups and I also get cards in the mail that they hoped my Mr. Kitty was doing better. If you haven't made the switch, you need to soon!

Russell Ridge Animal Hospital is top notch! We switched vets and started taking our miniature schnauzer, Jarhead, about a year ago. He was very quickly diagnosed as diabetic, and a treatment plan initiated. They have been wonderful every step of the way and take a personal interest in our boy's care. They know him well and can tell when he is not acting himself. The facility is very clean and the staff is superb--they recognize us when we come in the door!
