My cat was not looking well and nor breathing well. I was able to get him in quickly to see a doctor. His condition was diagnosed and he was given medication. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and 36 hours later he is back to his normal behavior.

Brought my puppy in yesterday to have her ears checked. Had my daughter bring her in for the exam. She said the Dr. and the techs were very patient with Molly and tried their best to deal with her problem. She said they were patient with Molly and tried their best to administer the ear medication. After bringing her home and administering a dose I fully understand what they were dealing with. I appreciate your time and patience. Thank you.

Although the hospital is still o serving COVID protocols, everyone was cheerful and helpful. They all fell in love with my chihuahua, Diamond because she was such a good and quiet chihuahua. Once we were in the exam room, the doctor and her helpers were concerned and helpful. Diamond was treated for her ears, given a vaccination, and additional medicine to administer at home. Having had some issues with Rau in the past, I'm happy to report that my recent visit could not have been better. Dr. Jane Kirchhoffer—I can't say enough good things. We have seen Dr. Bishop in the past and have been really pleased and am sorry that her hours are so limited. Overall, with BettyAnn and the professionalism of the support staff making us feel so cared for, I'm confident that our best interests are genuinely recognized and considered. Thank you—Rau!
