I called very early to see if they could squeeze my sick dog, a first time patient, in. The staff was so friendly and got me an appointment within hours of my call. When I got there, every person I met was so friendly and genuinely cared about helping my dog. I will definitely be back at Rau for any vet appointments my dog needs!
