I believe you care for each and every one of your patients and their guardians. I am always treated with courtesy and you listen to what I say even if you don't always understand what I am saying. My pet, who is old and blind and freightened is treated carefully with great kindness and quiet voices and gentle movements. She is not happy to be there but I am conficent that you will do the best you can to extend her life and give me more time with her. Thank you for your compassion, intelligence and kindness.
