Both the doctor and the nurse gave us excellent care. They showed interest in our questions and gave us good answers. At the end of the visit, the nurse volunteered to help get our dog back to the car. Very much appreciated.

I was really impressed with the time Dr. Smith spent with Bagheera at his office visit and again on the phone with me when she called with test results. She very patiently answered my many questions and explained the care plan for him. Joyce was very helpful and patient on the phone helping me to order a new diet for him. Vanessa helped carry out my order when I picked it up, and the vet tech at Bagheera's visit was very thorough and good with him. When operations transitioned form normal to pandemic and then pandemic to normal-ish, Rau has always provided the best care and communication. This was our first in-person visit since starting services at Rau 1.5 years ago. Dr. Flasick provides professional and personal care. She is caring, easy going, and relatable. Our dog, Henry, who is anxious and fearful around strangers, was wagging his tail and appropriately reactive to her. Georgie, our Frenchie, was treated with kindness and compassion. Bria is a bright, calm and engaging assistant. Since we are new-ish to the area, Rau will be recommended. Maureen O'Rourke

Rau has always been a class act. I have used them for decades. Staff are professional, exceedingly kind, courteous and helpful. Currently, Dr. Rosenblatt, who examines and treats my cat, is patient and gentle. She is sensitive to my preferences, and my senior cat's issues. There is no limit to the amount of, and detail in, questions she is up for answering! She is creative in her approach when necessary. Dr. Kirchhoffer, who treated pets of mine over the years prior, is nothing short of outstanding.
