I cannot say enough positive words to complement the care that Francie and I get at Rau. Starting with the front desk, the entire staff is kind, caring and consistent in the fabulous health care provided to my dog. Dr. Rosenblatt is wonderful in every way. She is not only an excellent Vet but she communicates with me in the most honest and, again, caring way so that I have the confidence I need to take care of my dog in the very best way possible. I am so appreciative of everyone at Rau!
I'm always comfortable with taking my cats to Rau Animal Hospital. Every staff member welcomes me and my pet, and I have enough time with the Veterinarian to have answers to all of my questions. I know that everyone really cares about the animals that are under their care.
Great experience and caring staff. We have not had a kitten in years, and for his first visit it was so helpful to get a walkthrough of all the key vaccines, check-in points, etc. to ensure he gets a healthy start.
You need a little benches or some type of seating outside the little house because they keep sending people just wait outside of the little house because you can’t have more than one person inside the little house and I think it’s rude to send people outside and then we have to stand outside whereas you have plenty of seating of the big house
The staff at Rau is great! So friendly, so great with my dog, and I always get prompt feedback. Any questions I have are answered thoroughly - thanks for taking care of Daisy!
