As usual , I was very happy with the care that my cat Gracie received by Dr Jane Kirchhoffer. It was an elder exam and she was very gentle with Gracie. I like that she is spreading out the time between shots at her age. She never goes outside so she is safe. We lost our older cat Gordon in April. He was 18 yrs old. He suffered from kidney failure. I was shown how to give him fluids at home and we did that for a few years. It bought Gordon more time with me. But his health started to decline and I had to make the decision to ... read more
I have had my cat Stinker's care at Rao since I first found him on the street in Germantown in December, 2007 (?), I have been pleased with the care you have provided and am sure that it is in part the reason we have had him in our life for at least ten years! Great staff the doctor was awesome made my dog very relax very gentle
Visit was great! Dr. Berardino was wonderful, as was her assistant. This was my first vet visit with my first puppy and I was very happy.
