Everyone Is awesome! Caring, and concerned and very informative. My only issue was when I walked into the reception area , another family was there with their dog. The woman with her dog stated she didn’t know how the dog would react to other dogs. Ok I get it but you are at the vet, you are going to have interactions with other animals. My daughter and I took our dog over to the waiting area by the hospital portion of the reception area . My dog is very friendly and wanted to play. Rau's docs and personnel are always very caring and professional. My 18 year old cat, Mulan, of course doesn't like getting blood taken, but Dr. Wosak-sp?? and her assistant are always so sweet and caring during her visits. On Sept 7th, Mulan had a senior visit. In the process of getting a needle in her leg vein, I think she nipped the good Doctor's hand and hopefully she didn't draw blood. Mulan sends her apologies :) Thank you all !!

I can't carry Maxxi in his carrier (too heavy for me) and your staff is always so accommodating and carries him from the car and back again.
