Get directionsUnfortunately, zero stars was not an option. Took my dog here awhile back. Dr. Sartor (why she is still practicing is a mystery to me) told me my dog needed to be euthanized. I told her i would be right there, I didn't want my dog to feel abandoned during the process. Sartor told me it didn't matter, dogs have no feelings. (Really, she said that!) Whoever is working at the front desk at night is rude. Hung up on me once. I called back, she has a nasty attitude and hung up after I explained the situation. Not sure if I'll come back here if that's the case.
Way back when we had no choice but to use this facility for emergency visits - not now. Never again will we step foot in this place.
I rush my dog to Oradell hospital because she was real sick (dying). She needed emergency surgery and because I didn’t have the money, I was told they could not do anything for her or help her. So they sent her home even after telling me if she didn’t get this surgery she would not survive the night 😪 I can’t believe they didn’t help my dying dog and just sent her home. They could have saved her life but thank god I found a hospital to take her in a save my baby’s life.
I just requested records and will not be returning. During a routine exam, the doctor said my dog had some gum recession and recommended that his tooth needs an extraction. I asked him how he could tell without an X-ray...the tooth is not loose. He said if I would like an X-ray, that I could get one, but he still recommends I get the tooth out. They overcharge you. They don’t give you a diagnoses of anything until they see how much money they can get from you. They take advantage of the despair of owners. After my pet got discharge, she was still sick and still is today. We were left with no answers and a huge bill.
I would like to give more stars because they fixed what I came for, but when I called to check on my pet they said he had passed. I literally fell to the floor in shock and was hysterical.... on hold for 15 minutes before telling me they made a mistake and he was fine.
STAY AWAY OVER PRICED TOOK BLOOD TEST COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM TRIED TO SELL AN ULTRASOUND AND LEAVE OUR CAT OVER NIGHT FOR 1800.00 . CAME OUT WITH A BILL OF OVER 500.00 WITH NO ANSWER .OVER PRICED WALLET SUCKER PET OWNER BEWARE.
