I went to Oradell animal Hospital with an emergency with my dog. BIG MISTAKE! They tried to tell me that I would have to pay $8000 or put my dog down those were my only two choices. So I decided not to get the medical treatment from them...paid $1,000 to have them release my dog back to me and went to BluePearl which is right across the highway. We used Dr. Fettig after not being able to get into Dr.Miller .. our dog had torn her ACL. At an appt about 5 weeks after the surgery my husband took her for a check up where dr Fettig manipulated my dogs leg to the point my dog screamed in pain so badly. When she came home she was not ok .. we called said somethings wrong and brought her back. They took an X-ray to show he had broken her leg. He broke apart all the metal that was put in during surgery. This will most likely cause her to live shorter life .. he’s horrible... read more

Unless you have an unlimited amount of money, avoid them like the plague!!! I brought my almost 15 year old dog here the morning of September 20th for extreme diarrhea. As I pulled up to bring her home that afternoon, I received a phone call that it would be best if she stayed overnight. I later sent an email stating that I approved the estimated charges of $2,688 - $5,506. Every day it seemed there was another reason she needed to stay another night. I had 2 cats die there in the last month and a half. The first one they thought had a brain tumor, but they couldn’t check because he also had a heart condition. They thought he had a brain tumor a year ago because he started walking somewhat slanted, but he came home then and was fine. We never treated it then. Strange. The second one died today. Brought her in Sunday because she didn’t want to eat and wasn’t pooping. Mind you, she was just at her regular vet 2 weeks ago. Her kidney levels were now low and developed a heart... read more

This place is a disgrace! During this time of uncertainty they have the audacity after being a client for over 15 years and even donating blankets for months to them in their rooms where people are saying goodbye to their babies , I have paid thousands of dollars not only in services but in overpriced food, and medications . When I tell you thousands I mean thousands. I myself am a health care provider in Bergen county and with the stress we are under the notion you would send anyone at this time a letter like this is shame... read more

While the staff is very nice as well as the Drs that tried to take care of my dog.He was brought in as an emergency. He needed to see a neurologist which 1 wasn’t on. I was sent home with meds & if I needed to bring him back come in back. Gave him the meds he got worse. I go back another Dr looks at him & tells me he needs to see a neurologist none are on they work certain days it’s a hospital where are the specialist? Off for the weekend.
