Get directionsVery bad experience...... they want to make to many test.... even tells you cancer!!!! I take to my little Chi guagua to other vet and in 7 minutes tells me what’s happens...
The medical care was fine. The problem is that the hospital grossly overbilled us by performing unauthorized services. We brought our dog into the hospital at about 9pm on Sunday, August 4, 2019, right after he was struck by a car. We saw the nightshift doctor and, after they took an x-ray, we got a preliminary readout and was given an estimate for 3-5 days of hospital care that would cost between roughly $6,700 and $10,900. We said that was too much and agreed with the doctor that they would just keep the dog alive till mor... read more
You people have some Hell of a Nerve, euthanizing a poor, scared kitten, because it bit one of your techs. You should know en to sedate a scared animal before you do anything to it. You should have all of your techs vaccinated and educated on how to handle someone else’s beloved pet. The kitten you euthanized was a tiny bottle fed kitten. You should be ashamed of yourself to take matters into your own hands and make the decision to just go ahead and KILL the poor baby right away without waiting to find out if it had rab... read more
Dear Vets: Your first 5 minutes of meeting my dog (for the FIRST time) is critical to your reputation and your review. If you walk into the "patient" room, smack on butt inspection purple rubber gloves and jump right into examining my dog while she is PANTING, WHINING, AND CRAWLING into a TIGHT spot underneath a chair ... then you don't know what you are doing. Aside from having a medical degree, recognizing dog behavior is extremely important. Even after I asked to REMOVE the purple gloves because you are freaking her out... read more
Horrible people and very expensive
read the BBB complaints and google reviews.
Since no one responded to my emails informing them my dog had to be put down at another hospital due to the lack of care she received at Oradell (someone even called to ask how my dog was doing 2 days AFTER she died), an abridged version will suffice here as a review: I brought my dog to Oradell in the early morning hours of Friday 6/14, panting in pain and reluctant to walk. She was seen by Dr. Freeman, who suspected a herniated disc and gave her meds for her pain with instructions to follow up with our regular vet. Early... read more
