2 hour wait only to be told my pet could not be treated because they were all booked up. The woman at the front desk had an attitude with several people and had the audacity to say my pet "only has a broken leg".

was there with my dog and they said it was a 4 to 5 hour wait to see a doctor i left and went some where else it supposed to be a hospital
