Our records indicate that we made numerous efforts to contact you to help alleviate your concerns, and no matter the timeline we certainly understand that grief has no time limit. In reviewing Zoe's information we can see that she was gravely ill while hospitalized. Additionally, we have not blocked you as this is a forum for people to voice their experiences and reviews can not be deleted or altered. We are sorry for your loss.
Overpriced and lack compassion. Read the thread in “we live in Bergen county” thread. People hate this much place with good reason many other options which people are taking.

BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE IF YOU WANT IT TO DIE!! Dr Murphy is a cold heartless half of a human that does not care about your animal only money! She said I needed to leave a $2000 deposit I said what if I can’t? She said then we talk about euthanasia!! So if I can’t pay you kill my cat?! Without going into specifics regarding your pet we can say this, upon arrival she was in critical condition which you were informed of during a thorough discussion of the presenting crisis and prognosis . A recommendation of euthanasia for any pet is based not on money but on a pet's quality of life, potential suffering and prognosis. I am giving this Animal Hospital 3 stars because they discovered what was wrong with my poor angel baby, Mia. I was so desperate to save my girl I would do almost anything but unfortunately she lost her battle against spinal meningitis. I have to say the staff and doctors were always so kind to me, as we were in out of the hospital for 6 months with Mia. RecommendedUndecided if I would recommend or not. For emergencies they are good. Recently some of their staff leaves a lot to be desired. Had a bad experience this past Saturday which left a bad taste in my mouth. One of the administrators responded to my complaint. After the actions of staff member and fuss she made in front of everyone in waiting room. Apologizing doesn’t make up for the embarrassing scene she made.
Worst vet care I have ever received!!!! Brought my bird in as an emergency because we believed he broke his leg (this was our only option as hospitals around us were unable to treat at a late hour; we drove an hour to get to Oradell). Checked in, the triage doctor took him back and said he’d be assessed and given pain meds. 2 hours and numerous complaints later, we finally met a different doctor in an exam room who stated she hadn’t even assessed him yet!!! RecommendedAlthough I have not been to your hospital, I am posting here to alert the public about a 24-7 animal emergency facility that should be closed down for incompetence and misrepresentation. Garden State Veterinary "Services" in Iselin (not to be confused with Garden State Veterinary "Specialists" in Tinton Falls) is a very tiny building (see Google maps) staffed entirely by young vets and young assistants who lack experience. A money pit of incompetents. Found a new vet to clean up your mess which almost killed my pet. Wouldn't you know, two other patients were sitting in the same waiting room trying to clean up your mess. Instead of using common sense and starting with the simple most obvious condition, you jump to the worst conditions guessing and testing and just killing pets with deadly drugs...Shame on you!
