This vet is AMAZING. I don't know what took us so long to sign up for the membership here but now that we have we have undoubtedly saved the amount of money the membership costs of not more. We have gotten our dog into the vet within 48 hours of reporting an issue where our previous vet would have taken WEEKS. both vets are extremely kind and knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely care. We see Dr. French more often and I can honestly say she is one of the most wonderful people and vets we've ever seen. All of the vet ... read more
Dr. Nauss and Dr. French are both amazing! They are gentle, patient, and caring with my dog (who can sometimes be anxious). They are also very knowledgeable, great at explaining things to me, and patient with my questions. I love the membership system where exams are included for the year! My dog has had quite a few health challenges and it's so nice to just bring her in if I have any questions. I'm usually able to get appointments easily and quickly; usually same day or next day if something urgent comes up. Dr. Nauss has a... read more
Have to say what a caring group of individuals from the front desk....Frida is amazing- and Destiny in the back office- to the doctors (both Dr French and Dr. Nauss) we have been nothing but impressed with the entire team. What a caring and loving attitude towards our pet Cocobella. My wife is taking full advantage of the primary care membership which has MORE than paid for itself many times over. Plus just the peace of mind you get knowing you can just take your dog in at any time- especially as they get older and not hav... read more
IVVH staff and Veterinarian treated us so wonderful and took such good care of our newly adopted dog Coco. Coco felt so comfortable in the consolation room that she lad down started to fall asleep. After her examination and treatment she came out so happy and relaxed. IVVH is a awesome place to have your pets cared for.
I rather pay $350 a year to have my baby taken care of whenever we need than pay by the visit and having to wait a long time while my baby suffers. Easy choice.
The staff is always so nice and caring. My pup is happy each visit. They are a little pricey, but worth it!
Best Vets ever! Love that they do everything in front of you (some vets have you just drop your pup off & wait in the car). Everything about how they operate here feels very open and modern. Everyone has been very friendly, obviously love animals and they show it in their patient care.
I brought my dog in around 9am on a Sunday after she neglected to eat breakfast, threw up 3x and it had a bit of blood in it, and she was very lethargic. When we arrived, there was one other person in the waiting room. I understand that others may have had appointments so that may be irrelevant. But none the less. Upon arrival, they asked an abundance of questions regarding what's going on with my dog. Additionally they charged $99 for an exam. JUST an exam is $99. What does the exam consist of? A vet tech asking the same... read more
Absolutely Heartbreaking Experience at Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital Emergency Bringing my less-than-one-year-old cockatiel to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital Emergency became the most heartbreaking decision of my life. On May 2nd, she was attacked by dog during a flight attempt and broke her leg. Despite the injury, she fought hard to live--eating little, but trying. On May 3rd, realizing it might be a fracture, I rushed to this "24-hour emergency walk-in" hospital. I called at 3:30, was given a 4:30 walk-in time, b... read more
