They go above and beyond to take care of their patients and families/loved ones. I appreciate the energy and time that the staff takes to ensure everyone leaves taken care of to the best of their abilities.
My dog had an ear infection the night before Christmas Eve and was struggling (we were traveling and hadn't brought his medication or a proper cone). IVVH was able to see him the next morning and I had pleasant experiences with everyone we interacted with (front desk, vet tech, the vet herself). They were able to help clean his ears and apply some medication so my dog could start feeling better.
I've been here about three times. I normally take both my cats here. I needed a vet that was friendly, certified, and most of all, full of empathy - my babies are my babies. This vet place totally gets it! I love how welcoming they are to my fur babies - they address them as Ms. karma and Mr. Nico. They're very up front about cost and they do take Pumpkin insurance and have payment plan's available. Friendly vets, calming environment for cats.
They took wonderful care of my Jupiter when he was sick. I will always be grateful for what they did for him. I miss him everyday.
They are incredible people. Hopefully you won't need their services, but if you end up having an emergency with a pet family member, they will be the most gentle and thoughtful people to treat your pet. My wife's cat had a heart condition that most cats get when they get to a certain age, and they will so comprehensive and kind in explaining everything. I've had the (unfortunate) pleasure of visiting the IVVH Sand Canyon emergency clinic several times now. I can say with certainty there is no other staff I trust more with the health and safety of my pets. The staff is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and highly trained. The wait times are also reasonable which is an incredible feat given the amount of animals that pass through this facility. If you're looking for a vet hospital, you should highly consider IVVH.

I went to the Sand Canyon location yesterday after my senior chihuahua has been having some on going sinus issues. It's been about 6 months of going to see his primary vet regularly with not too many answers and the attention to care just wasn't there. I opted to try this location after hearing rave reviews of their staff and I am so happy I did. We met with a vet named Tarlan who gave such care and time to our concerns. This veterinary practice is top notch! They have been treating my dogs for two years now. My small dog just had a dental and I was kept informed of the progress through the procedure. The staff is great and easygoing. And now they have added Sunday hours! You will not be disappointed!
