They are incredible people. Hopefully you won't need their services, but if you end up having an emergency with a pet family member, they will be the most gentle and thoughtful people to treat your pet. My wife's cat had a heart condition that most cats get when they get to a certain age, and they will so comprehensive and kind in explaining everything. I have had vet hospitals pressure me to make decisions or speak to me like the animal I've spent a majority of my life with is an object or a possession. But this place will ... read more
I've had the (unfortunate) pleasure of visiting the IVVH Sand Canyon emergency clinic several times now. I can say with certainty there is no other staff I trust more with the health and safety of my pets. The staff is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and highly trained. The wait times are also reasonable which is an incredible feat given the amount of animals that pass through this facility. If you're looking for a vet hospital, you should highly consider IVVH.
Dr. Glore at Irvine Valley Primary Care is professional, caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. She has helped me understand my dog's prognosis and the best treatment plan for him. She is very personable and really cares about your pet. Heidi
I went to the Sand Canyon location yesterday after my senior chihuahua has been having some on going sinus issues. It's been about 6 months of going to see his primary vet regularly with not too many answers and the attention to care just wasn't there. I opted to try this location after hearing rave reviews of their staff and I am so happy I did. We met with a vet named Tarlan who gave such care and time to our concerns. Although much of what she said in terms of on going care and at home remedies compared to the previous ve... read more
This veterinary practice is top notch! They have been treating my dogs for two years now. My small dog just had a dental and I was kept informed of the progress through the procedure. The staff is great and easygoing. And now they have added Sunday hours! You will not be disappointed!
Great staff, they gave our dog a fighting chance! It was a little too late unfortunately after another vet failed her wasting precious time! This group was thorough and compassionate to our situation. They tried everything to help our girl. They went above and beyond. Audrey went out of her way to get our girl critical medication that was not available in any pharmacy. She found it for us locally, getting it in our hands, thanks to her efforts.
Our 11 year old Border Collie randomly began screaming out of the blue. We called around to emergency vets and the only one that not only didn't have as long of a wait, but the only who texted me to complete information on our dog to expedite things when we got there. Having never been there before, we were impressed with the professional and courteous staff, the clean facility and the veterinarian. Because our dog's pain was so bad, they were able to see him quicker. Dr. Bobula was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. S... read more
My senior 14 year old dog randomly developed a limp and was screaming in pain so in my panic, I called Irvine Valley Vet to see what their wait time was. When they said they could see him in 30 minutes, I rushed him over. It turned out to be just a bee sting to his paw but I was so impressed by their facilities, the level of care, and the warmth of the staff. I felt so comfortable knowing they were there to help and although the bill was steep (as expected, it was an ER after hours call), I'm glad they gave me peace of mind... read more
For some insight to this review Maverick had ruptured 3 disks in his back in March of 2022 in which he was unable to use his back legs and had to undergo surgery. After a few months of rest, recovery, and assistance on my end he was able to regain use of his back legs with some limitations and seemingly no pain. During that time period the neurologist that performed the surgery did not recommend any physical therapy although a shake in his back right leg and apparent resting of weight primarily on his front legs. Fast forwar... read more
