Great place great vet. No frills, just great pet care....there is also some piece of mind knowing your not being over charged to cover the mortgage for a fancy "pet spa, boutique, wellness center". The group knows animals and has always quickly and accurately diagnosed any issue with our two yellow labs. I would consider Glen Oak the best vet in the area and would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Glen Oak Dog & Cat Hospital! We have been seeing Dr. Ashley for several years with our two dogs. One is healthy and never has any problems, and the other has quite a complicated medical history. Dr. Ashley is always friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable with managing our pets health. At our previous vet's office, we always saw a different doctor each time and felt like we always had to start from square one with medical histories. Dr. Ashley recognizes us and our dogs at every visit, and has be... read more

We've been going to Dr. Rossman for 8 years and would never go anywhere else. He is fantastic with our dogs and a great vet. He and his staff are extremely competent and you would be hard pressed to find a better vet.

Since Banfield stopped doing free days and we were not happy with their service to begin with I decided to give Glen Oak a try. My dog was due for some shots and according to Banfield would need full blood work to renew her medication. I brought this information into the Vet and after a consultation was told that the blood test was not necessary for the type of medication we were renewing and that Banfield was just trying to make a few bucks. Obviously they could have done the tests, made the money and I would have been none... read more

You can really tell the difference between a family owned practice, and one that has been taken over by these big corporations and private equity, that are trying to scam every single nickel out of you while making you feel guilty about not doing enough for your poor pet

The ignorance of the people who answer the phones is astounding. Had to bite my tongue not to respond harshly

HORRIBLE! This place is extremely unprofessional, confused and will bill you for just about everything & anything they can! I had the unfortunate experience of having Richard Rossman almost each time I visited this place. Each time a huge list of everything he wanted to do. I have 2 female standard Schnauzers, one of them has a known thyroid condition (identified by the breeder) and took thyro tabs 0.5mg for a while. Upon visiting this office, R. Rossman each time, wanted to do a blood test for changing thyro tab dosage. ... read more

STAY AWAY. WARN FRIENDS AND FAMILY. TOO MANY HORROR STORIES FROM THIS PLACE- including mistakes on their end that resulted in death of pet (and will still charge you double). With 5+ years working in animal hospitals, I can confidently say this is the worst possible hospital, honestly dangerous. Dr. Richard Rossman is well above the age to practice, should be put into elder care. Senile. Not safe to be working with people, animals, or medication. Him and his daughter/granddaughter are disrespectful, unprofessional, confused,... read more
