Dr. Rossman and his team are the best out there. They took care of our beloved dog Diesel while he was well and when he was sick with lymphoma. You could not ask for better, more compassionate care. Dr. Rossman would always see us on a very short notice, even same day when he was fully booked. Last time Diesel needed a shot and was too weak to walk, he came out to our car to take care of him. Thank you everyone for being so welcoming and supporting every time we went there, Diesel loved you!

I wanted to express my appreciation to the entire staff and doctors at Glen Oak Dog and Cat Hospital, especially Dr. Ashley. I adopted a 3 year old Schoodle from a bad situation. She seemed fine when I picked her up from the family she was living with. However, the first time I tried to leave my house to go to the grocery store she screamed like someone was stabbing her. I could hear her all the way down the hall of my complex. It broke my heart. I've never had a pup with separation anxiety and I knew this was going to be a ... read more

For various reasons, and as a matter of some urgency, we needed to transfer care for our ailing cat from our local vet to the folks at Glen Oak, where Dr Ashley was able and willing to examine her at short notice & perform the needed procedure to help diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, as many experienced pet Moms & Dads will understand, the cause can't always be identified and things sometimes worsen despite trying all the recommended treatments. So after all that, we got our call from kitty heaven and again, Glen Oak wer... read more

I can't say enough good things about this Veterinary practice. My animals (dogs and cats) have had medically complex conditions and were treated with kindness, compassion and received excellent clinical care. When appropriate, we were referred to veterinary specialists. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; their hours are great for those of us who work.

There isn't enough space to write as comprehensive a review as I would like to, simply to proclaim how great the medical team is at this hospital. While all the DVM's are good there, I specifically use Dr. Ashley Rossman. The facility doesn't look like much from the outside, but the quality of care you get is the best in the area for a primary vet. You can find no better primary care in the entire north shore and take care of your pet as if it is their own. They are equipped for both traditional veterinary medicine as w... read more

Glen Oak is an excellent place to take your fur babies. With 2 dogs and 4 cats, I am there a lot. All the doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They were there in emergencies when my dog ate the carpet and needed a tumor removed from his hip. They are patient with my other dog that acts like a complete fool getting her nails cut and a cat that wants to claw your eyes out. You can trust that your pet is in good hands.

Dr. Ashley has been our Vet for about 3 years now. Our sweet, senior boy Walter broke his leg last year and Dr. Ashley and staff were very friendly and patient during his healing process. Last Spring, our tough Jack Russell ( Riles) was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen. After having negative experiences with prescription meds with previous Vets, we decided to go the holistic route. We are sad to say that his cancer eventually spread. But we are happy to say that Riles is still with us. Without Dr. Ashley's excellent car... read more

The care that we received here at a very difficult time - was amazing! The staff was compassionate and caring. They made a very hard decision and time in our lives a little bit easier-just by being informative and their for us! After putting our dog down--we were asked if we wanted his paw prints on a plaque --which we did -it was nicely done. To our surprise-we received a beautiful sympathy card signed by the whole staff. I am grateful for their loving care and would not think of going anywhere else.

Wife and daughter took our dog, Judge, here last week. He had blood showing up when he would "mark" on his walks. Since we had never seen this before, we kind of freaked out. Dr. Anna Kopec was able to calm our concerns. After a few days on meds, he's doing better. It appears her diagnosis and treatment was spot on. Happy to have found a vet so close and of high quality.
