As always, the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous and the medical services excellent. We have had care for our pets since Countryside first opened its door in Ellicott City and we have never been disappointed in their care. Our only regret is that they no longer board. If I am ever able to travel again I don't know where I will leave Molly.

I love your practice. Everyone is so professional and caring - from the doctors to the front desk staff to the assistants. I always feel so safe and happy bringing my little 10 pound Havanese there. Even though it is a vet office and not big on my Abby's list of favorite places, she adjusts very well to all of the great people there. Thank you.

Countryside is the best! I have been taking my dogs there for 30 plus years. I 100% trust Dr. Thumel’s knowledge and expertise. He saved one of my Golden’s life twice! I am so thankful to have them!

I like texting when I arrive and waiting in the car. I hope that change is a permanent shift. My dog was spazzing when we entered the building. She cried and acted like a toddler until Dr. Young walked in the room . . . then calm. This makes me laugh and very happy. The technicians that had to deal with my excited dog were patient and kind.
