I like texting when I arrive and waiting in the car. I hope that change is a permanent shift. My dog was spazzing when we entered the building. She cried and acted like a toddler until Dr. Young walked in the room . . . then calm. This makes me laugh and very happy. The technicians that had to deal with my excited dog were patient and kind.
