I can't thank Dr. Wages enough! My adorable pup was so well taken care of under the supervision and care from this hospital. I had an accident with my puppy back in November with an unfortunate result of a broken back. Thanks to the team I had at Care First in Oberlin. I adopted my 4 year old GSP/Husky mix from a local rescue organization and they recommended Dr. Wages. My dog is a pretty timid girl and doesn't open up to humans easily. Despite this, I have been very pleased with the staff at Oberlin for keeping her calm, comfortable, and wagging her tail throughout the whole exam! Dr. Wages and her staff provide multiple, reasonable estimates prior to delivering care which takes the guess-work out of the equation. Highly recommend this location for your K9 veterinarian needs!
We have dogs, rabbits, and now a cat! And Carefirst has been amazing with all our pets. Dr Wages is my favorite. Plus they take the SPCA voucher for spay/neuter and almost always have last minute appointments for urgent issues. I recommend Carefirst & Dr Wages to everyone!!!!
Through my personal experience and our Dog Rescue's interactions, Care First has consistently demonstrated excellence! Our first time working with them was with our beloved foster dog, Livvy. I loved my experience here. I brought my cat in for a routine exam. The vet/tech discussed with me how much it would be first based on everything that I wanted done and any concerns that I had. The price was very reasonable and not too expensive. They were gentle, caring, and thorough. Everyone was so nice. The place was clean from the waiting room and especially the exam room!
