I can't speak highly enough of Care First. I have been taking my rabbits there for a year or so now, and I've been very happy with them. Their prices are reasonable, and they provide advice without pressure. They have an app that makes refilling prescriptions and scheduling appointments very easy. Recently, due to an untreatable health condition, I had to put one of my rabbits down, and the staff was beyond caring and considerate throughout the entire process. Always had an amazing experience at Care First and we've been to different locations! They are attentive and fast with services provided and our dog always can't wait to head back in for another day-camp or boarding. We will continue to use care first no doubt!
Best veterinarians around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vet's are top notch they have always taken amazing care of my animals . I would not go anywhere else.
I have been coming to care first for the last 4 years for both of my English mastiffs. I really didn't have anything good or bad to say until this year when one of my girls were sick & you really get a sense of the care you are receiving. When your animal is sick, you want a provider who is proactive, knowledgeable and sympathetic. The team made a really tough situation much more bearable by doing just that. I can't say enough great things about how much they've helped with our Cat and Dog DR wages is incredible and we drive extra distance for her to help our cat. Facilitaty always been helpful getting us in on short notice when needed.
Estaba buscando donde llevar mi chihuahua y este hospital tiene muy bueno reviews y tienen toda la razon, los vets, asst, personal completo fue muy carinoso y amigable y sobre todo muy compasionado, mi perrita tenia cancer y pues no habia nada que se pudiera hacer, el personal muy profesional y una compasion hacia sus clientes y ese calor humilde fue muy especial Gracias por estar ahi en los momentos mas dificiles de decir adios. CareFirst does a great job checking all the boxes and not missing a thing. We trust them completely with all of our pets, and have been taking our pets for care at the Oberlin location since 2005.
They take great care of my Norman. Dr. Peterson is the best, but all the vets have been great.
Our baby girl loves going to this vet for care. The staff are amazing. They take good care of our family pet.
