I have been going to this Clinic for years with all of my dogs. The service is great. All of the staff remembers who you are and are very helpful. The Vets are very thorough and several times have found problems unrelated to why I was there. I would highly recommend this Clinic.

They always remember me and my dog. I've called in 30 minutes before closing time with someone else's dog's emergency and been taken care of. I have a weird needy dog and call in all the time with odd questions and get an answer that day. All the vet techs are good with my dog (she's a squirmer) and my dog still gets excited to go to the vets! Never happened before. I was referred to them because I heard they are really good with small animals. My dogs 17 pounds so not itty bitty small but a friend took her rabbit there and ... read more

Our neighbor recommended Dr. Lonham and his team when we moved here and they have been really great with us and our pets. We had an emergency situation with our cat this summer and Dr. Lonham was there to help. Update: 4/19/2010 I've continued going here and one of my dogs has lymphoma. Dr. Lonham has been extremely helpful in walking us through the process and explaining exactly what is going on.

I have a very "needy" dog and this practice has been wonderful with her. They are on top of her problems and don't hesitate to refer her out when the usual treatments are not working. The staff is friendly and helpful and all of the vets we have seen her have been great. The senior vet, Dr. Lonham, is straightforward and a little gruff, but you can tell that he really LIKES animals. I also board the dog with them when we are out of town (very few places are prepared to deal with her medical needs) and the techs are alwa... read more

1 star for the friendly receptionist and they were kind. BIG RULE! Ask on how much everything is. The reason I say this is because they were pushing a lot of stuff onto us, like it had to be done, but charged us every little thing. We came in for a broken nail issue, leaving with a sedated dog with a cone, total cost for everything is $534. 25.50 for the wrapping 26.50 for wound cleaning 247.50 just for a bloodwork, which again they told us it was needed, even though she had never had any problems before. 85.00 for the... read more

This clinic is overwhelming expensive!! l have been a pet owner for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. They had my dog over 9 hrs with no food or water since 8pm the night before. I was charged over $1000 for 19 different charges for a teeth cleaning, medication, and 1 extraction. Additionally, my dog has been a zombie for over 3 hours. We will never return and hope no one else has to experience this ridiculous poor service.

Beware ! Unless you pay in cash, check your statement.I was charged twice and am having a difficult time getting my money back. All I've got from them is a feeble apology. I want my money! Will never take my dog there again!

My senior dog, age 14.5 years, had an appointment for teeth cleaning. I delivered her to Village Vet at 7:30am. By one pm, dental work had not been done, but I was informed that my dog was "fine". By two pm, dental work had not been done, so I told Village Vet not to perform any procedure for her. She had been in a cage the entire day and I refused to leave her any longer. I picked her up and brought her home and she headed directly for her water bowl. She was partially dehydrated and very stressed from cage confine... read more

My cat was prescribed insulin. I brought her in because she was ill. The vet John Lonam proceeded to show me her glucose was 330 and to yell at me for using the wrong needles telling me she needed higher dose and to go to another vet. I took her to another vet, they would not release Tina's records until I had paid an extortion fee of $513.00 which I have paid. Tina died 2 weeks ago from low blood sugar (too much insulin). I received 1 bill int eh mail. I paid $300. I received another bill for 213.86 and paid that. I ha... read more
