I have been coming here for over 3 years now and would never consider going anywhere else!!! The practice is efficient. The staff is friendly and my vet, Dr Catherine Maclean, is absolutely amazing and a well educated provider. Both my dogs come here and receive stellar treatment. Prices are very reasonable and lower than the competition. They have a lovely website which provides education and you can send in your concerns to make an appointment. I have been bringing my black lab, Molly, to Dr. Katherine, SRAH since she was a puppy. I wouldn't dream of bringing her anywhere else. From day one Dr. Katherine made me comfortable, but more so Molly. Molly has many allergies and so we made frequent visits to SRAH and every time Dr. Katherine and her staff were super nice and very welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital. Dr. Catherine and staff have been treating my high maintenance dog for 4 years. Dr. Catherine and all of the techs and staff are so kind and patient with my anxious guy who suffered from frequent infections (I'll spare the details). Instead of just medicating, they got to the root of the cause and stopped the infections from happening in the first place. My family and I love Sugar River Animal Hospital. Dr. MacLean and her entire staff are extremely caring and compassionate. About 8 months ago, we had to have our 16 year old dog put down. During this very emotional time, we were comforted and supported. We recently adopted a cat. I have not had a cat in a long time. Dr. MacLean took her time to explain everything about cats that I should know for the happiest, healthiest cat possible. Dr. MacLean is an excellent vet. We just came back from an emergency visit because our dog was sick. She gave him a thorough exam and diagnosed his problem. She is always wonderful with our dog. We have been going to her since she opened her office and are delighted she is in our neighborhood.

I am very pleased with Sugar River Animal Hospital. Dr. MacLean is professional, and knowlegable. She was equally comfortable with our fearful cat and dog as she was with our more social cat and dog. She offered options without pushing us. As a Professional dog trainer, it is very important to me to work with a veterinary staff that knows how to approach animals and make them comfortable.
