I am a brand new dog owner and this was our first visit. Everyone was friendly and professional starting with making the appointment- Jen (the nurse) and Dr Alston answered all of my questions and made us feel welcome and informed. Thank you!

This was Zen's first visit. The staff was friendly and patient with my big boy. I would have preferred going in with him and met the doctor but I understand it was because of covid. I did speak with tthe doctor on the phone and she answered my questions.

While I miss being able to see everyone on the team when I bring my Yorkie to your office, your no contact system works well. I was so relieved to get an appointment for my sick dog very quickly. Everyone from Receptionist, to Nurse, to Dr. Alston were great. Thanks so much! Cassie is doing better thanks to you.

I called on a Saturday to see if I could get my dog in as a new patient due to his ear infection. They were all booked up but I was advised to call in first thing in the morning on Sunday to get an appointment. I did and they fit me in the same day! When we got there, it was clear that the vets office is taking COVID very seriously and had safety precautions in place. This made me feel safer. The care my dog received was great, we got a diagnosis and some medicine to give him, the vet listened to us, asked questions, and see... read more
