My most recent visit to Rau just reinforced my feelings that the veterinarians and support staff of Rau are the most caring, professional group of individuals you could ever hope to have caring for your pets. For many years Dr. Jill Rosenblatt has been the primary vet for my cats and in my opinion exemplifies what anyone should desire in a vet; knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring. I would recommend Rau to anyone requiring a veterinarian service.

Everyone at RAU, especially Dr. Jill, were wonderful to Scully. He is a big 120 lb. teddy bear, rescue do. He is sweet and lovable. They all took great care of him while he had his teeth cleaned along with 3 extractions. They called to check on him the morning after and expressed their care and concern. They are a great group at RAU and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my babies. I trust them explicitly. Love to you all, from the Hood's Zoo.

Despite COVID's regulations that required limited in person interaction, the members on the phone (front desk and vet herself) and the vet tech to come and greet me at my car were very efficient and welcoming. It was my first time at this clinic and I had a good experience.
