All the staff were very attentive to my maltipoo!
Rau is the best place to bring your animals for care. They are all kind, considerate and very caring people from the receptionist to all of the Dr.'s that have taken care of my kitty. They are following CDC guidelines in that they come out to your car to receive your pet wearing masks ( and ask that you do the same). I am grateful they re-opened and have made their services available again.
Staff so nice. We had pre-op and general stuff on 7/21. Met us in the parking lot with no issues. Just wish they would introduce themselves or wear name tags so we could address them.

RAU are doing a great job keeping everyone save. We waited in our cars and everything went smooth. My only criticism is when the nurse took our dog Trinket, (5lbs.) from our car, he kind of pulled her to the door. She was obvious terrified because we were not with her and on top of that, we feared that she was going to slip out of her harness because she didn’t want to go in. Trinket is coming back in a few weeks; My suggestion is either the nurse to carry her or we bring her to the front door and hand her over to the nurse.

Our family loves Dr. K. She answered all of our questions and definitely took good care of Jack.
Thank you was there late Monday night with my Dog Carter. Everything was great, Carter was looked at and treated. Now he is doing better and is back to his old self. Joe Pisoni
