I was very impressed by how smooth the dropoff, pickup, examination, and consultation processes all went during this appointment during the coronavirus pandemic. All my questions were addressed, and our pet dog, Kenzie, had her physical exam and vaccinations in an expeditious and smooth manner. Thanks to the technicians involved and to Dr. Emily Rosak.

I always have a very positive experience when I visit Rau with my dog or one of my two cats. Dr. Rozak has been just wonderful in caring for my 19 year old cat. She gives her full attention and the appointments never feel rushed. I really appreciate the time she takes and the calls she's made to explain his condition and treatment options in detail. I know my pets are in good hands at Rau.
All 4 of our dogs looked relaxed and happy when they left their annual checkup appointments, thanks to your kind, caring, and friendly staff. It's always a positive experience for them. Keep up the good work!
