As always Rau staff from the immediate clerical/receptionist person to the actual Vet on service were responsive and caring. Remmie our 16 year old Yorkie needed help. His parents were anxious and concerned. Dr. Michael Messina and Vet. Assistant Danielle were both fully engaged in the diagnostic process. Thorough and caring too. We left feeling empowered with ways to address Remmie's care. Feeling hopeful and not facing this medical matter alone. Thank You All!

I arrived early and I was seen early which has never happened when I've been to other vet facilities. Staff is friendly and professional.
When we arrived my dog left a present at the front door. As I started to clean up one of the ladies at the reception desk insisted that she clean the mess up. The young lady that cut Eddie's nails was very sweet and kind. Thank you to all.
Doctor Messina was wonderful as was staff. It was my first regular visit. We just switched vets and i am very pleased.
