I recently moved to the Brentwood area and I needed to find a new veterinarian closer to home, so I decided to give this office a try since I saw the good reviews on Yelp. I was very disappointed! I took my Labradoodle, which I believed had an ear infection. I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes and when Dr. Raj finally came in to exam my pet - he literally spent 5 minutes to check her ear. Saw the Doctor Raaj reprimand an employee using her phone to escalate a customer inquiry and when she went to explain what she was doing he was still upset because he was clearly in the wrong. Doctor is clearly on a power trip and if he got so upset over his worker going above and beyond to do her job in front of us who knows what he does behind closed doors. Will be taking my business somewhere that doesn't disvalue and disrespect their staff.

Nurse and receptionist are very kind and helpful. I called and they fit my dog in for a emergency visit on the same day. Consultation with vet was quick and they break down pricing for you be for doing anything to your pet.

I wish I never took my sick cat here. I first brought my cat in in February because it seemed like he had a cold and had trouble breathing. On examination he was really harsh with my cat and after the blood tests and xray he told us it was his liver. I went with it because I thought he knew what he was talking about. One thing that made him suspicious was that he said he was going to give us a discount if we paid cash...he didn't give us one. My cat got sick again 2 weeks ago and we took him back. Too pricey and shady business. Had us do all these tests to figure out if something was wrong with my dogs and it was nothing in the end. $822 later though
DO NOT RECOMMEND! We brought our 14 year old chihuahua here as he was having issues. We did all the recommended tests ($800+) that Dr Raj recommended, turned out our pup was diagnosed with diabetes. We treated him in office on the spot to start the process of getting his #s lowered. We had to come back for a glucose curve, I was reassured it wouldn't be near $300 and he wouldn't quote an exact price well it was $303 after the procedure and that's using our purchased needles/insulin....felt like he wasn't being transparent an... read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! Service was terrible, unlabeled medication! I don't speak English but I do understand it and the lady said in a joking manner to the doctor that this lady doesn't have a clue what you are saying and she said to me that they don't have any one that translates to Spanish which I later heard some one talking to another customer in Spanish, and he was able to assist me, he was helpful. Just to update , my cat was seen in June not a year ago as the office manager stated in their response. Granted I should have left the review when it actually happened but better late then never. It was an almost $7,000.00 mistake on my part by taking him there

They get 1 star for being able to get me in same day on a day before the holiday which was 12/23/22 they get a 2nd star because the vets assistant was really sweet. What I didn't like is they asked me why I brought my pet in and when I explained the vet agreed that it was the same thing as an injury he had last year on his back and didn't do X-rays or give meds she just said if I needed a new prescription after I finished what I had received a yr before then they'd send the prescription wherever I wanted....fast forward to 1... read more
