i called late 8:20 p.m tonight to see about my dog who is bleeding by his nose , I first want to say that the person who answered the phone first had me on speaker so I could'nt understand him/her. Secondly when he/she turned off speaker the dialect of this person was all over the place, but i did explain my baby's situation. You killed my friend's schnauzer puppy. We stopped coming here a year ago because Dr Raj inappropriately hit on my wife in the creepiest way. We used to bring our two dogs and two cats here but kept having issues with the staff and fleas constantly. And then Dr Raj was also offering meds and procedures for a cheaper price if we paid cash. And now to find out that you killed Onyx??? Because you over anesthetized for a simple procedure?? You guys are complete scammers. Don't come here!

I will never bring my dog here again! I'm very disappointed with this hospital. it was our first time coming to this hospital for a simple exam and mainly get my dog a nail trim. The doctor was nice (had a hard time understanding him from time to time because of his accent) and so was the technician. After the quick exam- the tech brough her in the back for the nail trim. Do not go here. They are negligent and not knowledgeable. I brought my puppy there for hacking. Spasms, and foaming at the mouth. They told me that all of this was normal and not to worry about it. They told me she would "grow out of it". I had to rush my baby to an emergency vet less than a week later for seizures which could have been avoided if they ran some tests. My dog Max ended up at the VCA veterinary hospital emergency on Sunday 9 days after the horrible care and dirty surgery area gave him an infection. Out yet another 2,200 because of your negligence. No one should trust this doctor and staff for ANY SURGERY. The sutures look like they were together by a three-year-old. I don't know what kind of people they work for here and probably are good for just basic care, but don't bring your animal here. I took my senior dog to them because he had an allergic reaction to something he had eaten in my teenager's trash can. I found them by doing a Google search, their website stated they were reasonable, but I left $$$ lighter! I will not be using their services again

I recently moved to the Brentwood area and I needed to find a new veterinarian closer to home, so I decided to give this office a try since I saw the good reviews on Yelp. I was very disappointed! I took my Labradoodle, which I believed had an ear infection. I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes and when Dr. Raj finally came in to exam my pet - he literally spent 5 minutes to check her ear. Saw the Doctor Raaj reprimand an employee using her phone to escalate a customer inquiry and when she went to explain what she was doing he was still upset because he was clearly in the wrong. Doctor is clearly on a power trip and if he got so upset over his worker going above and beyond to do her job in front of us who knows what he does behind closed doors. Will be taking my business somewhere that doesn't disvalue and disrespect their staff.

Nurse and receptionist are very kind and helpful. I called and they fit my dog in for a emergency visit on the same day. Consultation with vet was quick and they break down pricing for you be for doing anything to your pet.
