I called for an appointment for my dog and the receptionist said 4:30 PM. My wife arrived early at 4:15. She was put in a room and didn't see a vet until 5:15. Why make a patient wait 45 minutes when they have an anappointment? The Dr. wanted to prescribe med , but I said I would have the file at Costco. As it turned out my wife came back to vet to have rx filled, the new day Costco said rx was filled. I was shocked by the price difference, Prednisone 5mg Costco 7.99 LT 29.00. Actually, sorry to write this since he did fix the problem for now. Brought my GSD in early, I had a 5 PM appointment and brought her in at 1:30 because she was bleeding profusely from her nose and I couldn't stop it with pressure. I was charged $120 for the emergency Walk In, $59.50 for Local Anesthesia, $39 for Staples to stop the bleeding and $64.03 for Animax Ointment 30 ml, for a total of $282.53. They take care of your pets but when it comes to paperwork and accountability, they are the worst. If you go here, just pray to all the gods that they don't make any mistake because they are worst when it comes to accountability. The technician made a mistake on my pet's medical records causing the claim to be denied by my insurance. I filed an appeal to the insurance company and they asked me to reach out to the vet's office to have it corrected. Dr. Avanth Musuku was kind and gentle with my dog Jake. I appreciate that the doctor was straight forward and I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything. Thank you!

I waited for two hours, they didn't attend to my dog. I was desperate, waiting in the waiting room, and there was no one when they attended to me. I definitely didn't like the attention

I would have given 5 stars, but, i am not sure as I am a bit skeptical with the honesty of the business? The day prior to me taking my little boy to get neutered I was told it would cost me $300. + $180. if I wanted blood work done for a total of $480. On the morning I took him, I was told it is $450. with no blood work & $580. with. I told them no blood work, she told me to cirle$450. that is my cost with everything Including meds. Customer service is very poor. No one is on the same page you get different information from both receptionist, not to mention the doctor also has no customer service knowledge. My dog was supposed to have a procedure at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I called to check on her and they said she still had not gone in for her procedure at that time, it was 3 o'clock then I received a call at 4 o'clock from the doctor informing me that she needed to remove a few teeth, mind you they have had my fur baby already. for nine hours. Great availability: open long hours and 7 days a week. Pricing is more reasonable than other local vet clinics we used to go to but still not inexpensive (of course!). The usual markups on meds and other items. Overall very pleasant docs and staff.

Took my dog Princess for spaying and microchip. You had asked us ton bring her in between 8-9. I got a call at 12:30 to authorize surgery. Why did I need to bring her in so early? do you need 4.5 hrs for an exam? We called you at 4:00 pm to see when Princees would be ready. Was told in 30 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later and waited in reception for 1 hour. When the surgeon did come out, she was all business no personality.
