Took my dog Princess for spaying and microchip. You had asked us ton bring her in between 8-9. I got a call at 12:30 to authorize surgery. Why did I need to bring her in so early? do you need 4.5 hrs for an exam? We called you at 4:00 pm to see when Princees would be ready. Was told in 30 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later and waited in reception for 1 hour. When the surgeon did come out, she was all business no personality. I will never trust them with my pet again . We went in for my dogs emergency visit last weekend because it was the only local option on a Saturday night. while I was grateful they took us in near 9pm, they did a brief exam and said he's in pain and prescribed 2 pain meds, which felt odd because they couldn't say where or why he was in pain. The doctors and the front desk staff are always stellar when I bring my dog in. However, I did not have a pleasant interaction with one of the techs, Brittany today (March 8, 2025). I was told by the doctor, a different tech and by the front desk that Milo's medication would be out shortly but I ended up waiting much longer than expected. I was under the impression that there had been a mix-up or it was simply forgotten or lost in the mix of a busy day because I was waiting for around 30 minutes. i called late 8:20 p.m tonight to see about my dog who is bleeding by his nose , I first want to say that the person who answered the phone first had me on speaker so I could'nt understand him/her. Secondly when he/she turned off speaker the dialect of this person was all over the place, but i did explain my baby's situation. You killed my friend's schnauzer puppy. We stopped coming here a year ago because Dr Raj inappropriately hit on my wife in the creepiest way. We used to bring our two dogs and two cats here but kept having issues with the staff and fleas constantly. And then Dr Raj was also offering meds and procedures for a cheaper price if we paid cash. And now to find out that you killed Onyx??? Because you over anesthetized for a simple procedure?? You guys are complete scammers. Don't come here!

I will never bring my dog here again! I'm very disappointed with this hospital. it was our first time coming to this hospital for a simple exam and mainly get my dog a nail trim. The doctor was nice (had a hard time understanding him from time to time because of his accent) and so was the technician. After the quick exam- the tech brough her in the back for the nail trim. Do not go here. They are negligent and not knowledgeable. I brought my puppy there for hacking. Spasms, and foaming at the mouth. They told me that all of this was normal and not to worry about it. They told me she would "grow out of it". I had to rush my baby to an emergency vet less than a week later for seizures which could have been avoided if they ran some tests. My dog Max ended up at the VCA veterinary hospital emergency on Sunday 9 days after the horrible care and dirty surgery area gave him an infection. Out yet another 2,200 because of your negligence. No one should trust this doctor and staff for ANY SURGERY. The sutures look like they were together by a three-year-old. I don't know what kind of people they work for here and probably are good for just basic care, but don't bring your animal here. I took my senior dog to them because he had an allergic reaction to something he had eaten in my teenager's trash can. I found them by doing a Google search, their website stated they were reasonable, but I left $$$ lighter! I will not be using their services again
