I like taking my pet to this hospital because the staff is polite and vet seems very caring and knowledgeable about my pets issues. However, this time around, I did have to wait for up to 30 minutes or so for the vet but I was kept informed. My pet, a small Terrier, needs dental care and estimate for that is $1300!!! and that's without any extractions. I never bothered getting pet insurance as my pet is quite healthy but now I am having second thoughts. In today's economy, you can't even afford pets anymore.
liked the place but I left there the same. took princess to get her eye checked thinking they have a eye specialist for dogs. unfortunately I went to pay 70 dollars with no help. they referred me a a specialist. if they would have told me that when I called I would have just looked for a specialist myself. other than that everyone was very nice.
I love the vet who's treated my 2 pups - Dr. Avanth Reddy Musuku. He is super nice and has great bedside manner. He takes the time to explain his diagnoses and asks thoughtful questions. He also provides advice to prevent future problems and I really appreciate that from a vet. I saw him in January for an ER visit for my frenchie who was showing IVDD symptoms and he is now doing well. He took xrays and spent time with us to explain the bone growth issue. I called for an appointment for my dog and the receptionist said 4:30 PM. My wife arrived early at 4:15. She was put in a room and didn't see a vet until 5:15. Why make a patient wait 45 minutes when they have an anappointment? The Dr. wanted to prescribe med , but I said I would have the file at Costco. Actually, sorry to write this since he did fix the problem for now. Brought my GSD in early, I had a 5 PM appointment and brought her in at 1:30 because she was bleeding profusely from her nose and I couldn't stop it with pressure. I was charged $120 for the emergency Walk In, $59.50 for Local Anesthesia, $39 for Staples to stop the bleeding and $64.03 for Animax Ointment 30 ml, for a total of $282.53. They take care of your pets but when it comes to paperwork and accountability, they are the worst. If you go here, just pray to all the gods that they don't make any mistake because they are worst when it comes to accountability. The technician made a mistake on my pet's medical records causing the claim to be denied by my insurance. I filed an appeal to the insurance company and they asked me to reach out to the vet's office to have it corrected. I waited for two hours, they didn't attend to my dog. I was desperate, waiting in the waiting room, and there was no one when they attended to me. I definitely didn't like the attention
