Very friendly staff and usually available when I need them most. I came here to get my dog euthanized and they were very sweet and gave us time to say goodbye. I did not feel rushed and the price was competitive compared to other vets. I will be taking my other dog here going forward.
Amazing. I came in not knowing what to expect with my cat, instantly they knew what was wrong and gave me options and helped worked through the process. They explained everything thoroughly and helped me calm down, amazing place and were so kind hearted, I can't thank them enough. Jesus even helped me out and clipped my cats nails after his surgery, sweet guy. Definitely recommend.
My morning is going horribly wrong. My sweet pet is very sick. Your vet is absolutely amazing. The front desk ladies turned my frown upside down. I walked out smiling. Thank you ladies for making my day better.

Very polite staff, offered good service to our PittBull. They cut her nails and treated her ears for a good price. definitely would return again!
I had an emergency with my dog. He ate something that made him horribly sick. Lonetree veterinarian took us right in. The staff was amazing and so loving to my dog. Dr. RAJ WAS WONDERFUL. Lonetree veterinarian will be my dogs new Vet. Love them. Prices were very reasonable. Great care and service!

Actually, sorry to write this since he did fix the problem for now. Brought my GSD in early, I had a 5 PM appointment and brought her in at 1:30 because she was bleeding profusely from her nose and I couldn't stop it with pressure. I was charged $120 for the emergency Walk In, $59.50 for Local Anesthesia, $39 for Staples to stop the bleeding and $64.03 for Animax Ointment 30 ml, for a total of $282.53. They take care of your pets but when it comes to paperwork and accountability, they are the worst. If you go here, just pray to all the gods that they don't make any mistake because they are worst when it comes to accountability. The technician made a mistake on my pet's medical records causing the claim to be denied by my insurance. I filed an appeal to the insurance company and they asked me to reach out to the vet's office to have it corrected.
