I have been to many vets I have had dogs for almost 20 years and this is by far the best vet. he is very honest and straight forward. he cares about his patients and doesn't just want money. I will never go to another vet and will recommend him each and every time. he genuinely carea about my dogs. Dr G is by far the best right along with his staff

I had an awful experience here I took one year old my teacup Yorkie and at first we believed our dog was getting better they prescribed him medication that was meant for a big dogs and we were told he had arthritis. We took him home only for him to get worse and then him back a few days later to be only to be told he needed to be hospitalized because he wasn't getting better while he was only receiving fluids. The people are nice, but the place is not that clean. Walls have holes, scuffs as do baseboards. I expect medical facilities to be clean and well kept. My dog was under the weather for three days after having his teeth cleaned. He would not eat (you know he's not well if he's not eating), groggy, no tail wagging. I was super worried. For extra money they gave me an Analgesic. He finally came out of it on day four. It just doesn't feel professional, but the price is reasonable. The vets were responsive to my inquiries.
My cat was having trouble breathing and i needed to get him immediate help. They offered X-rays, an Oxygen Chamber, and a Bronchial shot. That was over 800 dollars which i could not afford at the time, so i requested we just do the oxygen treatment or the shot to get him immediate help breathing. The doctor then crossed out both treatments and tried to force us into doing the X-rays which is not what i wanted. As I tried to leave they tried to make me sign 3 different papers while I was in a rush to help my cat and would not... read more

The most arrogant unprofessional experience we have ever had! The vet didn't even take a chance to read our dogs history/medical records then started demanding unnecessary items that had nothing to do with his ear injury... I don't know how this place got any positive reviews. I wouldn't let this place exam a rock let alone my dog!! Shame on you!!!!! We literally just left your office an hour ago.

Lone Tree has been incredibly helpful for the most part for my cat who presented with a fever and stopped eating over the weekend, I've gone in three times since then and he's starting to respond to treatments and medications. I had called ahead and they were able to make an appointment for him right away to save the extra cost of an emergency walk in, my cat was seen immediately and I was able to be in the exam room with him, the staff were knowledgeable and kind and took great care of my fur baby my first visit.
