I love this place. They make your animals feel loved and they are so nice here .. they did a free nail trim for my puppy as I waited for her and the prices are great ! Recommended!

I rarely visit vets unless of an emergency due to having horrible experiences where I feel vets will take advantage and don't take time to listen to all my concerns as a pet parent. I took my dog to this place due to a laceration/bite on her ear. She needed stitches. I called and the receptionist was very kind and squeezed me in the same day. I was referred to this place by a family member. I called first thing in the morning because my cat had an issue with her eye. They made a same day appointment. It's in a shopping center but towards the end so plenty of parking. The place is extremely clean and I loved that they also sold pet food. They checked me in and within 5 minutes I was in the room. 5-Stars! 6 if I could give them. Yes, "Dr. G" is really like that! I first met Dr. Guduri close to 10 years ago while he practiced at a Pet Hospital in my neighborhood. My 70+ pound PitMix, King, was lethargic, would not eat and would scream if you did as much as touch him. The most arrogant unprofessional experience we have ever had! The vet didn't even take a chance to read our dogs history/medical records then started demanding unnecessary items that had nothing to do with his ear injury... I don't know how this place got any positive reviews. I wouldn't let this place exam a rock let alone my dog!! Shame on you!!!!! We literally just left your office an hour ago.

Lone Tree has been incredibly helpful for the most part for my cat who presented with a fever and stopped eating over the weekend, I've gone in three times since then and he's starting to respond to treatments and medications. I had called ahead and they were able to make an appointment for him right away to save the extra cost of an emergency walk in, my cat was seen immediately and I was able to be in the exam room with him, the staff were knowledgeable and kind and took great care of my fur baby my first visit. Overall staff was very nice and able to accommodate my cat for an emergency visit. Pricing was very transparent and overall comparable to other vets. I appreciate the hours of operation and ease of communication or booking appts.

The vet doesn't know anything. Just crossed her arms and not doing anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to any parents. I had to bring my dog to another emergency hospital.
