We rescued 2 small dogs and needed them to be checked by a veterinarian. I was pleasantly surprised by the people in the office. They were very friendly on the phone and helped me set up an appointment right away. We didn't have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Raj and his team were great. Our dogs needed several vaccinations and Dr.Raj was super great to have offered a much needed nail trim for no extra charge. Overall, we had a very good first-time experience taking our pets to Lone Tree Vet Hospital.
I took my dog there for a check up and possibly bladder infection. he wouldn't even consider checking for bladder infection just crystals in urine and whole lot of expensive blood tests my dog gets yearly at her regular vet. He was rough with her on examination even when I told him she had arthritis. We left and gave her bladder relief from pet store and she was fine. no bladder crystals.
Came in with my dog who had an injury to his "thumb nail". It was barely hanging on and I wanted to make sure it wasn't infected. Doctor recommended surgery to remove the entire nail and nail bed. Got home and the nail fell off. No signs of infection and no surgery needed. Nails growing back perfectly. Glad I went with my instincts... read more
I went here about a month ago. i normally don't write negative reviews but i googled this place again and i hardly saw any negative reviews. This is by far the worst vet i have ever been to. he handled my 2.8 pound chihuahua terribly (picked his body up by the NECK). Aggressively picked at his teeth (he's old and i could tell it was hurting him!) HUNDREDS of dollars later he gave me medication to go home with for a simple small face bump (not before he tried to convince me to put him under for surgery and i got a TERRIBLE f... read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. One star is being too nice. We came in after the dreadful day we went through with our dog and decided to put him to sleep. (Our vet that we usually go to had just closed just before we got there) We waited over half an hour just to see the doctor. We were told that it was going to cost $150 and when the doctor came in he said the catheter was going to be $85 extra. After another 20min of waiting the doctor finally came in and started the process. He put in the injection very ver... read more
