Most pet owners dread taking their animals to the vet, so I feel like I was putting off my two cat's yearly check-up for as long as possible. I was renting a house down the street from this clinic, so I looked up some reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm SO happy I did. One of my cats is super skittish and is scared of pretty much everything, so a vet trip is super stressful for her. The first vet clinic I went to had to have two people hold her down just to take her temperature...and that was just when she was a k... read more

I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 10 years. They are caring, professional and informative. We have had appointments with more than one of their doctors and have been very happy with all of them. Dr. Kemper was recently wonderful during regular visits as well as through our experience with our pet who had cancer. Their bedside manner is commendable and they are truly compassionate...from the front-office staff to the veterinarians. The pricing of this veterinary practice is good, their follow-up pro... read more

I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 17 years. Dr. Mike Pfeifer has always been extremely thorough and caring for all my pets. He always goes above and beyond for customer service. They follow up after any procedure is done to make sure my animals are healing well. Dr. Pfeifer performed surgery on my dog who had torn her ACL. She healed quickly and completely and is back up and running. I highly recommend Inglemoor Animal Hospital. Great staff and great docs.

I love Inglemoor Animal Hospital and always feel confident that my pets will get the best treatment available. Before people complain about the prices they need to compare them with other vet clinics. In my experience, Inglemoor's prices are fair and certainly at the lower end of the price spectrum compared to other vet clinics I've been to.

Best vet around. We've been coming here for 5 years and the office staff and doctors are great. They have treated our cats very well and are very open and honest. I'd recommend to anyone.

We took my cat here for an eye infection after having bad experiences with My Pets Vet in Kirkland. We saw Dr. Casey Sowell and he had a great nature about him. I could tell he definitely cared about animals and I was glad he took the time to actually investigate why my cats eye might be irritated instead of just throwing medicine at us and having us go home. I will definitely be coming back here with my other cats in the future. The office was very nice and the staff friendly.

We entrusted this clinic with the care of our pets for more than 20 years and always believed they had our family's best interests at heart. Sadly, our recent experience surrounding the care of our beloved dog left us deeply disappointed. After his passing, we reached out to discuss our concerns and to request a partial refund for services that had been provided. We understood that the clinic might not agree with our request, but we had hoped for a more compassionate and understanding response given our long history as clie... read more

UPDATE: I waited until I was less upset to write this update. Time didn't really help, I'm still angry. Your response is insulting and only reinforces my concern about this practice. Instead of engaging with the substance of what I experienced, you've chosen to focus on technicalities and imply I'm mistaken or confused. Who the owner was is completely beside the point. I was a long-term client, and I know exactly who I was dealing with and the guidance I received. An employee told me the vet who assisted me was the ow... read more

Business response:

We wish to take the opportunity to respond to this review, as we take all negative reviews very seriously. We look at constructive feedback as a way to improve our operations going forward. However, we find these comments difficult to respond to, as many of them just seem erroneous, and perhaps not related to our hospital at all. First, our hospital is owned by Dr. Michael Pfeifer and has been for over 30 years - not a female veterinarian. None of our doctors insist on radioactive iodine treatment - or any treatment, for tha... read more

My older cat was struggling for the past 2 years. At first I was told it was a UTI infection that kept coming back (and felt like I was being judged for allowing it to happen) and then it was the beginning stages of Kidney disease, then it was just a kidney infection. This past year when she was once again sick and chewing off her fur from her stomach area, I was told it may just be an allergic reaction to food. I spent hundreds of dollars and time trying every different protein available, still my cat was deteriorating. C... read more
