I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 17 years. Dr. Mike Pfeifer has always been extremely thorough and caring for all my pets. He always goes above and beyond for customer service. They follow up after any procedure is done to make sure my animals are healing well. Dr. Pfeifer performed surgery on my dog who had torn her ACL. She healed quickly and completely and is back up and running. I highly recommend Inglemoor Animal Hospital. Great staff and great docs.

I love Inglemoor Animal Hospital and always feel confident that my pets will get the best treatment available. Before people complain about the prices they need to compare them with other vet clinics. In my experience, Inglemoor's prices are fair and certainly at the lower end of the price spectrum compared to other vet clinics I've been to.

Best vet around. We've been coming here for 5 years and the office staff and doctors are great. They have treated our cats very well and are very open and honest. I'd recommend to anyone.

We took my cat here for an eye infection after having bad experiences with My Pets Vet in Kirkland. We saw Dr. Casey Sowell and he had a great nature about him. I could tell he definitely cared about animals and I was glad he took the time to actually investigate why my cats eye might be irritated instead of just throwing medicine at us and having us go home. I will definitely be coming back here with my other cats in the future. The office was very nice and the staff friendly.

I caution everyone against considering Inglemoor Animal Hospital. My cats suffered needlessly and I strongly feel I was misled and pressured into unnecessary, inappropriate treatments and costs. Not everyone can afford a 2nd opinion but I'm glad I could. While some vets at Inglemoor were kind and well-meaning over the years... the owner, who was my primary vet, gave advice that was not only unhelpful but may have caused serious harm to my cats. She pushed pseudoscientific treatments like acupuncture, misdiagnosed dental ... read more

Business response:

We wish to take the opportunity to respond to this review, as we take all negative reviews very seriously. We look at constructive feedback as a way to improve our operations going forward. However, we find these comments difficult to respond to, as many of them just seem erroneous, and perhaps not related to our hospital at all. First, our hospital is owned by Dr. Michael Pfeifer and has been for over 30 years - not a female veterinarian. None of our doctors insist on radioactive iodine treatment - or any treatment, for tha... read more

Zero. I went here for 20 years and the place has changed. Dr. "P" (the woman, not Dr. Phiefer) is horrible with people so I question how she treats the animals. I have several friends who's pets died due to negligence. I wish I listened to them to spare myself and my loved pet the agony. Dr. P is not okay and maybe other doctors are. Dr. P should have her medical license removed - she puts her feelings before the care of the animal, she holds a grudge and will be incredibly cruel to you if she decides she doesn't like you. ... read more

The doctors here are very nice and have good bedside manner with my pup. They are just really pricey compared to other vets. They will also charge you A LOT for things we as parents can do at home and not tell you until you rack up a $400 bill for an ear infection. Tests ran without knowledge and the $40 ear cleaning fee was a surprise and made me feel like they were just racking up fees to make money on me and without telling me. Who wants to pay a lot of money for things we do at home anyways. A quick check up after the in... read more

We just took our two cats to Inglemoor Animal Hospital and had a very poor experience. There was no engagement with either of our cats and very minimal communication with us throughout both of their annual exams. The vet initially came up behind one of our cats and surprised him causing him to turn and hiss. Because of the hiss she refused to complete a full wellness exam and only got his weight while still billing us for a full exam. She continually claimed she was afraid he would bite me or her, something he has never done... read more

I took my 16 year old cat in and they gave her fluids, antibiotics, a pill to stimulate her appetite. They also did blood work to check her kidney function. They seemed very caring and thorough. But I was shocked when I was told that the bill would be over $600. I guess I am out of with what Vets charge these days.
