I think they are the best! I have been a client of Inglemoor Animal Hospital for the past 18 years. During that time, I have worked most closely with Dr. Pfeifer and he always puts in the extra effort to understand what is going on with my furry friends. He not only takes the time to follow up with lab results in great detail, he will reach out to other specialists for their opinions if he feels that will better serve the animal. I appreciate the care, compassion and extra steps they take to ensure the health and well-bei... read more
I have been taking my two dogs to Inglemoor for several years. Since both dogs were seniors and rescues, they've had a lot of health issues so have been seen there by all of the doctors numerous times. There were times I thought they might be too expensive or doubted their advice and would go elsewhere for other opinions. What I learned was that Inglemoor is by far the best in the area! I recently had to put my older Jack Russell down. I was very distraught and wrote a negative review after the experience. However, af... read more
We have 4 cats and a black lab and have been taking our brood to see Dr. Chatterson for the past 6 years. This vet really does care about animals. The entire staff are helpful and empathetic. prices are reasonable and you are never charged fir the sake of geing charged for erronrous services. Theres a reason this vets office has been in business for over 20 years.
Dr Kemper is by far the best vet Ive ever seen. We followed her from a different office and would do the same again. She is so friendly and takes her time explaining everything thoroughly. She picked up early that my dog had some potential fear issues and guided us through. She has also referred me to specialists when needed. As far as the other compaints about costs go, I find Inglemoor to be a little less expensive than some of the competition.
I continue to bring my four pups to Inglemoor and my opinion of them remains high -- actually has improved. Every single person there is a caring and skilled worker, from the vets to the desk staff to the techs. My previous concern about up-selling has disappeared, and I am now happy to say that the team helps me make decisions that are the best for the health of my little monsters and also not frivolous. Inglemoor is a fantastic partner in caring for my dogs. I am so grateful to have this reliable vet practice in my own n... read more
Inglemoor Animal hospital is my favorite vet clinic ever. I have been taking my pets here for the past two years. I have seen three different doctors there, and they all treat my pets with love and attention. I never feel rushed, I ask a lot of questions, and each of the vets has been patient and kind. I spent time with Dr. Mike Pfeifer last fall when my elderly dog had problems walking. Dr. Pfeifer was so calm and gentle with me as we talked about options for my old guy. He explained everything carefully. I finally d... read more
Most pet owners dread taking their animals to the vet, so I feel like I was putting off my two cat's yearly check-up for as long as possible. I was renting a house down the street from this clinic, so I looked up some reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm SO happy I did. One of my cats is super skittish and is scared of pretty much everything, so a vet trip is super stressful for her. The first vet clinic I went to had to have two people hold her down just to take her temperature...and that was just when she was a k... read more
I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 10 years. They are caring, professional and informative. We have had appointments with more than one of their doctors and have been very happy with all of them. Dr. Kemper was recently wonderful during regular visits as well as through our experience with our pet who had cancer. Their bedside manner is commendable and they are truly compassionate...from the front-office staff to the veterinarians. The pricing of this veterinary practice is good, their follow-up pro... read more
I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for over 17 years. Dr. Mike Pfeifer has always been extremely thorough and caring for all my pets. He always goes above and beyond for customer service. They follow up after any procedure is done to make sure my animals are healing well. Dr. Pfeifer performed surgery on my dog who had torn her ACL. She healed quickly and completely and is back up and running. I highly recommend Inglemoor Animal Hospital. Great staff and great docs.
