I've been here a few times for routine care and when my cat hasn't been feeling well and stopped eating. I've seen them most recently in September and December 2011. I've been very pleased with the staff, their service, and the obvious love and affection they show towards my (sometimes quite cranky) kitty. Both times my kitty was sick enough that I thought it was quite possible he was going to die on us and both times he came home "fixed". I've been here a few times. I like the service but I'm considering other options because of the way they nickel and dime you. If you have never been here it would be a good idea to talk extensively about their pricing policies before your animal goes back to see the vet. Otherwise you will probably fall over when you see your bill. I mostly come here because my wife really likes them. I've had animals my entire life and am no stranger to vet bills. But wow. They are nice enough, but their prices are WAY out of line. I came here to get my dogs' anal glands expressed -- they are not my usual vets, but I figured that since I live right next door, I would save time by taking my dog here. Wrong choice. They charged me $36 for an anal gland expression, where every other place I've ever been charges in the $15-$22 range. It literally took the vet tech 2 minutes to do. $36? Are you serious? I think they are fine and offer decent service but I don't see the difference with other vets in the area. Every time I go here I can't seem to get out for less than $200. Ridiculous. I think the staff is not what others are saying and I do agree with another reviewer that they layer on labs/shots/etc to jack that price up. When I go I want to know the best use of what they can offer and still be affordable.
We saw Dr. Jane when we first started going and absolutely loved her. After she left there was a gap of several months where I didn't care for any of the remaining vets, but now we go to Dr. Vammen and she's wonderful. I'm now on the fourth pet to see Dr. Vammen and she's been great with my dog and my cats.
Omigod I love these guys. Since I adopted my dog over a year ago, all his needs are provided by this vet clinic. They all love him, know him by name and take such good care of him. He had a surgery today and I was held up coming to get him. When I got there, he was in a bed (not a kennel) w/ the blanket I brought for him and his fave toy.
