My cat started making a strange sound when eating, something to the effect as if you rubbed two pieces of wet rubber together, and she would turn her head to one side when she chewed. so we (after searching the internet for weeks for the right vet) brought her to inglemoore. They had us bring her back the next day to do X-rays on her to see what was going on. They said one of her canine teeth looked like it was infected and it needed to be removed. We agreed to the operation because we trusted their opinion. Brought her in t... read more

I want to like this place more, but after the experiences Ive had there since October of 2019 I doubt Ill go back. My dog Oly jumped over my back deck(my fault for not realizing how high she could jump) and got hit by a car on Juanita Dr. When I brought her in they did Xrays on her, gave me pain med's an antibiotic and no real instructions. In a week I called them back to find out what the Xray's said and set up another appointment to come back in. After I came back in they took more Xray's as the first set they took weren... read more

This is the animal hospital I used to take my 19yr old cat to before we had to have her euthanized about two weeks ago. Over the past two years she was mainly seen by Dr. Peterson and Dr. Belau. If I was just rating them, I would give them 4 stars. I found both to be effective and empathetic vets. I particularly liked working with Dr. Belau as she would perform small medical procedures (giving fluids and injections) in the exam room so I would not be separated from my elderly cat. There are several things though that I d... read more

I had been a regular client for several years. I always considered them professional and reliable. However, when my jack russell got sick, I took her in at least three times in a four month period. She was older and had a heart murmur. They blew me off each time. Well, the last time they finally diagnosed heart failure but once again sent me on my way with some meds and a "she'll be fine" attitude. Well, less than two days later I had to take my poor girl in to the emergency services and have her euthanized. To add in... read more

This is a mill designed to upsell at every turn. I am a healthcare provider and have attended seminars designed to help healthcare providers sell. Most are unconscionable, and this office clearly has attended such practice management seminars. First tip - the waiting room is a show room designed to make you feel important. And to pay for the remodel, their exam free recently doubled. The vet tried to sell me amoxicillin for my dog. She wanted $100 for the script. I declined and had it filled at Rite-Aid for $12. When I took ... read more

We took our sick cat to them, they said they won't know what was wrong with the cat until blood work, after they did the blood work, they still did not know, now they suggested to have x-ray, also between the doctors, each called us with different info, and after spending $400, we were still at loss with what's going on with the cat, they prescribed two meds which made the cat sicker, we finally took the cat to another hospital and got a diagnosis of heart issue. Our experience is if you want to know what is wrong with your... read more

I would give 5 stars, but have only had 1 visit,as I am a 1st time pet owner. I had a spur of the moment little injury (dogs eye scratched on shrub)And needed advise and possible medical attention. They were awesome. Explained cost, medical procedures, free dew claw clip. And Dr. spoke with me both on the phone, and when I arrived to retrieve my fury loved one. Dr Pfiefer was great, spoke layman's terms, easily understood all medical needs for my dog.

I am posting a 2 star rating not because of the quality of the vets, but the shady way this business keeps adding to my bill with unnecessary charges. My cats are regular patients there, and I called to ask how much it would be to bring my cat in for a lion cut. They told me he also needs his rabies shot, and that the appointment would be $178. When we came to pick up our cat, not only was his fur mangled and not looking anything like a lion cut, but the girl at the front desk told me my total was going to be $280. When I as... read more

I've been here a few times for routine care and when my cat hasn't been feeling well and stopped eating. I've seen them most recently in September and December 2011. I've been very pleased with the staff, their service, and the obvious love and affection they show towards my (sometimes quite cranky) kitty. Both times my kitty was sick enough that I thought it was quite possible he was going to die on us and both times he came home "fixed". That says a lot right there - clearly they know what they are doing. We've been seen... read more
