Zero. I went here for 20 years and the place has changed. Dr. "P" (the woman, not Dr. Phiefer) is horrible with people so I question how she treats the animals. I have several friends who's pets died due to negligence. I wish I listened to them to spare myself and my loved pet the agony. Dr. P is not okay and maybe other doctors are. Dr. P should have her medical license removed - she puts her feelings before the care of the animal, she holds a grudge and will be incredibly cruel to you if she decides she doesn't like you. ... read more

The doctors here are very nice and have good bedside manner with my pup. They are just really pricey compared to other vets. They will also charge you A LOT for things we as parents can do at home and not tell you until you rack up a $400 bill for an ear infection. Tests ran without knowledge and the $40 ear cleaning fee was a surprise and made me feel like they were just racking up fees to make money on me and without telling me. Who wants to pay a lot of money for things we do at home anyways. A quick check up after the in... read more

We just took our two cats to Inglemoor Animal Hospital and had a very poor experience. There was no engagement with either of our cats and very minimal communication with us throughout both of their annual exams. The vet initially came up behind one of our cats and surprised him causing him to turn and hiss. Because of the hiss she refused to complete a full wellness exam and only got his weight while still billing us for a full exam. She continually claimed she was afraid he would bite me or her, something he has never done... read more

I took my 16 year old cat in and they gave her fluids, antibiotics, a pill to stimulate her appetite. They also did blood work to check her kidney function. They seemed very caring and thorough. But I was shocked when I was told that the bill would be over $600. I guess I am out of with what Vets charge these days.

Won't recommend this place. Regular check up will come out $400-500 with no health issues. I was shocked when I was presented with a bill for annul vaccinations vaccine exam. After contacting the place and talking to the manager all I heard is "during Covid everyone's pricing went up" well as a returning costumer I won't know that unless you state that, to which they responded saying they are not required to disclose that. Felt like I was taken advantage of. After calling 2 close by vets and asking for a quote most of them... read more

My cat started making a strange sound when eating, something to the effect as if you rubbed two pieces of wet rubber together, and she would turn her head to one side when she chewed. so we (after searching the internet for weeks for the right vet) brought her to inglemoore. They had us bring her back the next day to do X-rays on her to see what was going on. They said one of her canine teeth looked like it was infected and it needed to be removed. We agreed to the operation because we trusted their opinion. Brought her in t... read more

I want to like this place more, but after the experiences Ive had there since October of 2019 I doubt Ill go back. My dog Oly jumped over my back deck(my fault for not realizing how high she could jump) and got hit by a car on Juanita Dr. When I brought her in they did Xrays on her, gave me pain med's an antibiotic and no real instructions. In a week I called them back to find out what the Xray's said and set up another appointment to come back in. After I came back in they took more Xray's as the first set they took weren... read more

This is the animal hospital I used to take my 19yr old cat to before we had to have her euthanized about two weeks ago. Over the past two years she was mainly seen by Dr. Peterson and Dr. Belau. If I was just rating them, I would give them 4 stars. I found both to be effective and empathetic vets. I particularly liked working with Dr. Belau as she would perform small medical procedures (giving fluids and injections) in the exam room so I would not be separated from my elderly cat. There are several things though that I d... read more

I had been a regular client for several years. I always considered them professional and reliable. However, when my jack russell got sick, I took her in at least three times in a four month period. She was older and had a heart murmur. They blew me off each time. Well, the last time they finally diagnosed heart failure but once again sent me on my way with some meds and a "she'll be fine" attitude. Well, less than two days later I had to take my poor girl in to the emergency services and have her euthanized. To add in... read more
