That is true, unless it is close to their closing hour (5:30) I brought my dog in on a 9-1-1, she was in really bad shape - the staff was really great, however, the Vet himself (Dr. Sean Penn, No not the actor) was a DI@K...I had to put my dog down and had to make that decisions before 5:30 so that could go home...There was "ZERO" compassion. That is why Dr. Penn suggested transferring her to an emergency hospital. OMG Sonja (English accent) is so kind. Long story short I had to bring my cat in to be put down. I was having a very difficult time and Sonja and everyone else there was so nice to me. They are a little pricey in my opinion, but they make up for it by being nice. The lobby is spacious, clean, and comfortable and the staff is professional and caring.

Great experience for both my dog and myself! I brought my border collie in for a blood test when he was sick. Everyone was kind and helpful. They are reasonably priced, and I highly recommend Horizon Animal Hospital to any animal lover. Thank you so much for taking care of Tut and our concerns!
We recently brought our very sick puppy, Jemma, to Horizon's Animal Hospital. They were able to get us in late on a Saturday afternoon at very short notice. They diagnosed our young pup with Parvovirus within the first 20mins of being there, after she had been wrongly diagnosed at a cost of $350.00 at a previous vet's office earlier that day.
