This is one of the most compassionate and caring veterinary practices that I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the years with cats and dogs. I took my new puppy for a checkup and shots and Dr Tom answered all of my questions and did not rush the appointment like other vets in the area tend to do. Everyone at the practice is wonderful! Dr. Tom is great at answering questions and has such a kind manner with humans and pets alike. His examination was thorough and he explained what he was checking as he did it so that I could understand as well. His knowledge has helped me better understand my puppy's growth and calmed a few of my "worried pet mom" concerns. A TOTAL RIP OFF - was charged over $600.00 for visit for my dog with a limp - no xrays taken - given meds that were over $100.00 more than cost at PetMeds.

I would never recommend this vet. My dog was sick and just moving to the area we didn't know what vet to go to and they were open on a Sunday. We brought him Sunday through the urgent care and they sent us home with a pain pill and pepcid bc they said his back looks hunched and he could be in pain. Our dog was completely lethargic and not eating which is why we brought him in the first place. We gave the pain pill to an already lethargic dog that made him even worse. I was with this practice for about a year. My cat needed a dental and the pricing was average. Dr. Tom was nice enough until I had some questions about why he left 2 molars in when they were questionable. I had an issue with reception and wanted to talk to Karen so that we can come to a resolution. I didn't want to make a huge fuss since I wanted to continue going here. I was hoping for the best but became utterly disappionted when a missed issue became an issue. Had brought 2 dogs in for new checkups. Spent a significant amount of $$ for checkups and blood work. Needed proof of rabies so was sent records and I found there was no record for one of my dog's rabies. The previous vet had forgotten to include the info. Dr. Brianna Stafford wouldn't give me a definitive answer to my questions instead it was as if she was reading from a prepared statement that repeated every time I asked for information as the costs went up. It felt that profits were more important than animal care. Her condescending dismissive attitude was not what I could trust taking care of my pets.
