My family has always taken our pets to Cascade (30 years-ish), but the last few times were not good. We had a terrible visit when we brought our cat in ill - the vet we had was rude, not kind or compassionate in the least and acted as if we had done something wrong - not only was it insulting, he was dead wrong and it didn't help allay any of our fears in what the outcome of our cats condition would be or instill confidence in the care our kitty would receive. Worst vet ever. Very heartless and money hungry. Very rude employees. And doctor "Stephanie" cared ONLY about the money. My dog cami got ran over front and.rear tires and was lucky enough to live. They wanted 1000 down and 4500 down to operate on her and couldn't agree to a payment plan. They would rather have money RIGHT then then to save a hopeless dogs life. It would be hard for ANYONE to pull that kind of.money out let alone a pooer family. I would not recommend this vet to ANYONE. Unless u have a lot of money. And also... read more

Brought in daschund for routine shot and skin rash. Skin rash was fungal infection. Waited 20 mins for antibiotics after doctor, they did not have order or bill completed, waited another 15 mins for communication with doctor. Next day called office manager to ask for my lab results and make a complaint. She did not know what was going on and asked me to call back later. Will be looking for a new vet for my wiener dog next time.

While the Dr's are knowledgeable, you'll never see the same one twice. They must be on some type of client rotation. Dr. K. Harrington was phenomenal with our dog too bad the support staff is incompetent. The front desk and waiting area is always chaotic. The bookkeeper/secretary (office mgr?) was incredibly rude and extremely insensitive to our situation. She has horrible communication skills and has irrational/liable emotions. I won't go back again. Most of the doctors are good but you really don't see the same one twice. I called emergency at 6am and described my suffering dogs issues. The doctor would meet me there but apparently stopped for coffee before our "emergency" appt. I was the only one there to open the front door because his hands were full of take-out coffee cups! My dog had already died in my arms by the time he arrived.
