My cat had a medical crisis on Thanksgiving. Luckily Dr. Ty Johnson was available and most likely saved his life. He was busy that night, too, but he was calm, helpful and reassuring, even calling us after we left to know that my cat was out of danger. If I lived in Wenatchee, these guys would be my regular vet!

Cascade never disclosed amount I would need to pay prior to visit. Vet spent 5 minutes asking me questions about my dogs food habits never examined my sick dog. Charged an enormous amount. I ask many times before appt. what I would be charged but they kept saying they would tell me when I got there. THEY DID NOT TELL ME WHAT I WOULD BE CHARGED even though I asked. Took our cat this weekend that was really sick with vomiting and was so lethargic, we thought he really wasn't going to make it. We took him in on a Saturday, they didn't even give him IV fluids, just some antibiotics, and anti nausea medication. They wanted $1300 just to look at him and do some blood work. Honestly they're all about money, they don't care about your pet. They shouldn't be in the business of taking care of living beings, if all they care about is money. I took my 9 month old lab in for an eye infection. While I waited in the next room all I could here was the staff talking sh#@ about what a lousy pet owner I was because my young Lab was overly excited. I admit I could do better. Regardless I found this very unprofessional from Vet Leah Edwards and her staff.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. took my dog in and he was diagnosed with parvo AND cancer??? no. months go by with a perfectly healthy pup who was only a year old. he ran off and FORSURE was hit and when i took him back to them they did and xray and sent me out the door and told me they couldn't do anything for him other then put him on pain meds till he died. i found a different vet to come to the house and put him down after about two weeks of seeing his legs deteriorate. she was blown away. to her, after a physical examination, he l... read more

Called yesterday to get an appointment for my bulldog for acupuncture and laser therapy. The girl said she had to talk with the doctor that does it and put me on hold for 10 minutes. She came back and said the doctor would do it. Scheduled me for a 11 am appt the next day. She called me 20 minutes before the appointment, despite knowing I live an hour away in ellensburg. At the Wenatchee location they are incompetent and will put your pet at risk to make money. We took our 8 year old small breed dog in due to issues with limping on his back left leg. At the initial visit they said we needed to schedule a follow-up with an Orthopedic specialist. We did and came back a few weeks later to find that there is no specialist. Took our pregnant dog in to pay for an emergency c-section after she had delivered two healthy puppies. Staff asked us to pay up front for any procedures they needed to perform, $2,000! We lost 3 puppies at this veterinarian clinic and 6 months later got a frivolous bill $300 for additional charges they wanted to come up with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This place is just a get em in get em out type of establishment. They don't care about your animals they only care about making a profit. #vetmillionaire

I contacted cascade vet concerning my dog needing a life saving operation. Told them the specific of what he needed. The receptionist ask the surgeon if they do that type of operation, he said yes. I booked an appointment to get him in as soon as I could. That was still 2 weeks out even though it was an emergency situation. A week befor the appointment they call and say they can't do the surgery.
