This group has such an attitude that must come down from the top! The front desk has horrific customer service! Quite frankly they have no customer service! If you have an emergency today they can't see you tomorrow how about June 24th. Are you kidding me my beloved animal could be dead! Don't you save time for emergencies. Your vets may come from WSU but what does that mean! NADA! Today was one of the worst visit ever. Forgetting the oath you took in giving the best medical care for your patients. They might be pets. But, they have human parents that will speak for them. It would've been nice if we had received a little bit of sympathy and compassion. Instead of being just another number. Sorry, for being such a burden to your day. Thank you so much for the worst service ever!

We are extremely upset by the attitudes and uncommunicative behavior we encountered at Cascade Veterinary Clinic in Wenatchee. Our dog Lucy was scheduled to be spayed first thing in the morning and we showed up, early, at 7:00 a.m. Employees were arriving at the clinic as we waited outside the entrance for them to open. In my experience this group of clinics have extremely unprofessional staff. They may have good veterinarians but good luck getting in to see them when your pet has an emergency. I have had multiple bad experiences here, when my animals are in dire need of care. If you can make an appointment for regular care, great, but if you have an emergency I recommend calling a different vet.

Doesn't have time for injured pets. You have to keep calling and if you don't get through in time they are filled up and your dog continues in pain. Not a well run business.

This is not a cat friendly place. Only place you can really get them into in town but they cater to and service more to dogs. Cats are just cats and mean nothing to them there. The best bet there moved on a while ago.

If I could give no stars I would. Outrageously over priced and awful communication. Took my dog in to have a tumor removed and took home a dead dog and was charged $400.00 over the high end of the estimate. While they had my dog i continually had to call only to get 3 updates in the 4 days he was there. I will never go back. kerri Gates

I was very disappointed in the service that Cascade Veterinary Clinic provided this past November. When we arrived, we were one of 4 cars. They took our cat who had been vomiting and indicated they would phone us. After 90 minutes we phoned them. They indicated they would have some idea of what was wrong soon. We learned that the x-ray nor the labs indicated that there was anything obvious, they offered to keep our cat over night and do more tests, for a substantial amount of $$. So frustrating, going to have to wait FIVE days for an appointment OR I have to call back tomorrow at 8:30 for a walk in appointment. No. Receptionist couldn't make appointment this afternoon! Again, terrible customer service, lack of compassion, & a "let me over charge you attitude " & you take care of it. After 3 dogs & 2 cats I'm switching to another veterinary clinic, they are too busy & expensive. Good bye!
