At the Wenatchee location they are incompetent and will put your pet at risk to make money. We took our 8 year old small breed dog in due to issues with limping on his back left leg. At the initial visit they said we needed to schedule a follow-up with an Orthopedic specialist. We did and came back a few weeks later to find that there is no specialist. Took our pregnant dog in to pay for an emergency c-section after she had delivered two healthy puppies. Staff asked us to pay up front for any procedures they needed to perform, $2,000! We lost 3 puppies at this veterinarian clinic and 6 months later got a frivolous bill $300 for additional charges they wanted to come up with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This place is just a get em in get em out type of establishment. They don't care about your animals they only care about making a profit. #vetmillionaire
I contacted cascade vet concerning my dog needing a life saving operation. Told them the specific of what he needed. The receptionist ask the surgeon if they do that type of operation, he said yes. I booked an appointment to get him in as soon as I could. That was still 2 weeks out even though it was an emergency situation. This group has such an attitude that must come down from the top! The front desk has horrific customer service! Quite frankly they have no customer service! If you have an emergency today they can't see you tomorrow how about June 24th. Are you kidding me my beloved animal could be dead! Don't you save time for emergencies. Today was one of the worst visit ever. Forgetting the oath you took in giving the best medical care for your patients. They might be pets. But, they have human parents that will speak for them. It would've been nice if we had received a little bit of sympathy and compassion. Instead of being just another number. Sorry, for being such a burden to your day. We are extremely upset by the attitudes and uncommunicative behavior we encountered at Cascade Veterinary Clinic in Wenatchee. Our dog Lucy was scheduled to be spayed first thing in the morning and we showed up, early, at 7:00 a.m. Employees were arriving at the clinic as we waited outside the entrance for them to open. In my experience this group of clinics have extremely unprofessional staff. They may have good veterinarians but good luck getting in to see them when your pet has an emergency. I have had multiple bad experiences here, when my animals are in dire need of care. If you can make an appointment for regular care, great, but if you have an emergency I recommend calling a different vet.
Doesn't have time for injured pets. You have to keep calling and if you don't get through in time they are filled up and your dog continues in pain. Not a well run business.
This is not a cat friendly place. Only place you can really get them into in town but they cater to and service more to dogs. Cats are just cats and mean nothing to them there. The best bet there moved on a while ago.
