I just wanted to state that as far as giving cats space to give birth, my cat Jade refused to settle and go thru contractions unless I sat with her causing the death of her first kitten. Any time I got up, she tried to follow me, so I had to sit with her until she was done and the rest came smoothly. Just depends on the cat I guess.

I thought everyone at the clinic was very nice and they did give great service. My cat got in to see the doctor quickly and her vaccinations/checkup were done quickly as well. My only complaint is that it felt like there wasn't a great opportunity to ask the vet questions. It felt a little like I was being urged to leave once my cat's checkup was done. I do not appreciate being told that I would get a call or text at 9am and not receive any communication. I call speak with a tech am told the vet will call after he come out from room. I received no call . I call again at 4:55 pm am told the vet will call me right back it is now 7:10 and no return call on my critically ill dog. How am I to know my pet's status is he alive or dead ?
Our visit was a good experience, your personnel are always nice and very welcoming. Your new facility is also very nice except when it’s windy, there is a constant whistling noise that is a little annoying! The problem we had with this visit is this, the blood that was taken from Maxie for testing was not sent to the lab in time and was no longer viable for testing, so now I must make the decision to either disregard the testing of Maxie or bring her back for another stick for the testing.
