Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Always a pleasure to visit Carson Vet!!
The TLC from the staff at the clinic is beyond tremendous! We've been under their care for 30+ years, beginning with Pistache and Bubo, and now Lucie, Prissie and Minou! Dr. Carson has even driven from his camp one Sunday afternoon to meet me at the clinic to help with my fur-baby! The love and care has never waivered. Dr. Jim showed so much compassion as always and was very comforting Friday, as always when Minou was ailing. Each and every one of the Vets and Techs share in the love for our little pets. We love the love y'all have for all the animals that go to your clinic. Bella has no problems going to the vet's office, she get all the treats she wants😊
All employees are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Jim was great with Lilly. Thanks for a great vet visit.
