Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Dr Jim Carson Sr is a true gift from God. He’s the only vet I have ever seen and I absolutely love him for what he does for my Clyde (and my other dogs that I had in past years) and other animals. His staff is remarkable. I wouldn’t change clinics

I am very happy with the care and attention my dog Charlie and my cat Stefan received on Monday. I am pleased that I now have a great vet Dr. Carson IV, and the staff were all awesome too!
