Not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience. Its a retail store, so you might as well expect the pricing, but the service, well, the first day I was bringing my dog home, she didn't have a collar, so even before taking her home I stopped by at Petco. I really didn't expect her to bolt like she did (not right away, she wandered around for 5 minutes til she found a place to pee)..
