Very sad... went just a little check on the animals and to look around. Put one step in and you could smell the kitty littles not being cleaned for a long time! It was awful. Went to check on the cats, as they are right at the entrance (not sure it is actually the best just next to the doors openings all the times), and they looked so sad. It is now July. I saw cans of cat food with expiration dates of January. When I asked about this I was told, "We'll get to it...It's not my job. If you're unhappy you can talk to the manager." So I spoke to the manager who started giving an excuse why it was still out. ("That brand doesn't move fast"). She said she was busy with customers and she couldn't take care of it now. This Petco is always a hot mess. I hate to say it but it truly is. Even though Petco across the board has decent prices, this store location is always unorganized, messy, and the shelves look like a tornado went through them. I try with all my might to avoid this location, however, when an emergency calls, I have to go there. The employees are nice but it needs an overall face lift/good clean.

Prices are consistently one to two dollars higher than neighboring competitors (dog food & treats, cat litter, cat food). I've found this to be especially gutting in the specialty brands / "top shelf" foods. Be ready to pay top dollar for your pet. Nonetheless, I found the staff to be friendly and courteous; well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and a logical organization of stock and brand variety.

The employees were nice and helpful. They'll help set you up for the dog wash, or carry your large food bag out to the car. Considering I just moved across country, it is nice to have a stable business like this to get the items I need from. Went to wash my dogs today - it's a mere $10/dog for washing. It includes shampoo, conditioner, dryer, and towels. My dogs hated the ramp leading up to the washing bin. Two very sweet and loving kitties looking for homes per the local humane society. I love this Petco. I shop here for my bunny rabbits needs. The staff are usually very friendly and care about the animals there. I like to go visit the new kitten arrivals that come through the humane society, which makes me happy they are coming from a pet rescue. They are pretty adorable if you are looking for a cat or kitten. Check in weekly.

Is what it is. No complaints about Petco as a whole or this one vs another. Nothing positive to state either. It just exists so you can buy a new Kong or dog bed without waiting 2 days for Amazon to deliver.

I don't normally write reviews. I actually created this account just to rebuttal another user's poor review. I opened this up in my Yelp app to get directions, and I happened to notice a reviewer bashing Emily. The last time I was in this store, I came with my grandmother who has Alzheimer's. I had no idea what she was looking for when she asked me to take her. Some kind of supplement for her cat. The first person I asked for help couldn't understand what my grandmother wanted either. *****horrible grooming experience**** Dawn cut 2 of my dog's nails/paws and he was bleeding all day. She denied it and the manager Emily was beyond rude. I have been going there for years for food and grooming and am disgusted. Do not bring your dog to Dawn she does not know how to cut dog's nails.
