This is a rating in regards to their customer service. The store manager, Shawn (sp?) was so polite and friendly while helping with an issue. It made me feel as though the situation I had was heard and validated, and he went out of his way to promptly assist me. While I do not live in OH, I do make trips for the Cleveland Clinic....I will be sure to stop in and thank him in person when I do return to the area.
Great place. We've all been to Pet Stores that are just impossible to stay inside of because of the smell, but this one is great. Even with the size of the store, they manage to keep everything really clean. Everyone that works there is really nice. They really know what they're talking about and I haven't brought in a question that they couldn't answer. The customer service is superb. The associate that helped me find what I needed last time I was there was very friendly and knew a lot about dog food. I never realized there was so much to know. Sometimes it is hard to track down someone to help you but if you tell the cashier you need help they usually have somebody there pretty quickly. As far as prices go they are a little expensive but they do price match!
