We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

Get directionsI took my dog in cause she was throwing up. They found she she had Pyometra and it would cost $1080 to do surgery, so I gave them everything I had to get her better. At midnight the doctor calls me and says she found a string in her small intestine and she could remove it for $3,000 dollars or they can put her down. She said the had her under anesthesia from the surgery and I had 15 minutes to decide and call them back. These people do not care about your animals!!! I had a 10 week old pup who needed care and I was 15 bucks short so they refused care. Luckily pup just had garbage gut but in my opinion this place should be shut down if this is how they really feel like running a business! They are plenty of other vets around this town who will actually care for your animals and treat you with respect and not say sorry but all I can tell you is he will probably die in a few days of parvo
I wish I could give them 0 or maybe even negative stars. They refused to see my pup. Overheard the vet who wouldn't even look at him unless I had $140 up front tell someone in the back that's what happens when you pick them up off the side of the road. They estimated it would be at least 900 after the initial exam (if i wanted to set an initial exam up after forking over the money). These people do NOT care about the animals. At all. It is sad someone tried to bring you a suffering stray cat and you wouldn't help it without them taking financial responsiblity. You obviously care more about money than helping this cat that is suffering from abuse and God only knows what else. I hope everyone reads this post. Horrible!!!
Their examiners take it upon themselfs to do tests and don't bother telling you it's included in the check up fees and stuff. You'll leave paying over double of what they originally tell you.
