We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

The staff here lack communication skills and bedside manner. I had concerns with how long things were taking and my diabetic dog not having a chance to eat and I was brushed off when he could have had an emergency. The medication that was to help treat the root problem for his issue was forgotten and another trip had to be made to get the medication. The staff brushed me off and stated it was "the other vet" instead of listening to my concerns. They're just there to make money off your animal, not to listen to concerns.
Held ill friends dog ransom until someone paid with cc. That's awful. Better have cash in hand, or this place won't give you back your fur baby.
This place is horrible don't take your fur babies here.my dog was having trouble having her puppies she had a sezier never had one before so I rushed her to get help. I have had my dog for 7 years and loved her like a human. They gave me two choices either take her home let her suffer and die or give them 1500 dollars or more up front for a csection. I wish I had called and left a message at our regular vet. I would have been happier if the staff hadn't seemed so condescending and broken our cat carrier. An altogether unpleasant experience.
It is unfitting to even give this vet a 1 star review, I’d like to give them -1. They have wrongfully diagnosed 2/3 of my dogs for no reason other than to pad their pockets. I truly hope people will see this before choosing Advanced Animal Care. My dog was diagnosed with Lyme disease in March of 2019. For 5 months we were in and out for a recurring limp. We were told when we would take him back that he was probably reinfected because “we only use sentry flea and tick and it really isn’t good of a prevention.” He was on dox... read more
I took my dog to this clinic because it was an emergency. She had a large cut on her side that needed stitches. ( I take great care of my dogs. She was playing in the back yard. and somehow did this to herself. I have a very dog safe home. I work hard to keep it that way.) While I appreciate the staff being very friendly and welcoming at 9:30pm I don't appreciate the service that they attempted to provide.
