We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

RecommendedI absolutely love this place! The vets are knowledgeable and will answer each and every question. The techs/interns are helpful and friendly. This is my regular vet too- not just for emergency. Keep doing what you are doing- a great job!!
While I understand that they were very busy the night my dog passed away. I believe that the length of time it took them to begin treatment on my dog could have been a factor in his death. He was in serious condition when we got there, but they made us sit in the car and wait on a Parvo test for 30 minutes. There was no way he could’ve had Parvo but when he did finally pass that test, they let him sit in a room for an hour until there was blood all over the floor. We took our doodle in there for an emergency and encountered the most odd and terrible experience. I don’t leave reviews for anyone, ever, but after last nights events I wanted to make sure to leave one here. I’ve been to this facility multiple times in the past, but this team night team was terrible. The doctor led herself in a very unprofessional way showing zero empathy for her patient or any regard to us. I called this morning to book appointment for my 5 cats vaccination, the lady I talked to her needs customer service classes ,NO PHONE or answering etiquette.
More than one exotic veterinarian available would be nice. I can never get my lion head rabbit in for a simple toe nail trim.
