I brought my bunnies here to be both spayed and neutered, and despite having to travel an hour to get to the clinic, it was absolutely worth it. I was a bit worried about Muffin because she is smaller, but the vets were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the procedure and after-care.
I have always been very happy using this vet. BUT, today I had to wait over an hour for my dog to be seen. She needed a very minor procedure and I was charged 113.00. It’s outrageous to charge so much money for something that literally took less than 5 minutes. Guess it’s time to find someplace new. Very disappointed. What do you have to say for yourself, Whitehouse vet?
An absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Niki McCrea. Very knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. Truly appreciate her bedside manner with my at times "not so easy to deal with," Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless). Thank you Dr. Niki and Whitehouse Veterinary Hospital staff!
Very happy with the service and treatment we received for our older cat Emma. She is usually very traumatized by going to the vet, but this time, she is happy and her normal self right away. They didn't even need to sedate her, which was usually the norm. Pricing is also very fair.
I'm super grateful for such awesome people that work here. I was dogsitting my brother's dog and she got loose the next Dat after he brought her to me. His dog was lost for almost three days. Someone fought her the to the Whitehouse veterinary office after finding her in his barn. After getting a call from animal control I was told she was at the Whitehouse vet. I went there immediately and was reunited with our family member. They were extremely helpful.
